We have still had issues after getting engineers out to look at it. We now have writing over the picture again, which we cannot get rid of. Not happy with this make at all. Does not work with mobile app. Feel very let down!!!!
The app has stopped connecting to my phone for the last 4 days. No reason or warning. Garbage when you have paid hundreds for a system. Like 1980s tech!!
It's terrible. Can never play HD. They told me a year ago there was a new version coming out to fix the problems....
dreadful app and system, connectivity is so slow and laboured, buffers for ages even on 4g and have to shut the app down and even log out to get the picture back, if I'd have known how poor this is I'd have installed a hikvision system
good image and motion detection alerts. could be improved by the motion notifications stating which camera has been activated.
Ever since I had this app for my CCTV it's very difficult to install and only works for a short period. Very disappointing.
Slow, not reliable, plays up randomly. Not recommended. Spend more money with a better CCTV system/ app!
Not had any problems with this app on Ipad or Android phone. Works well for a long length of time.

This app was installed on Monday and worked intermittently, and now won't work at all! Is their an update coming soon?
Fast and easy setup. I have quick access to my cameras when away.
Absolutely rubbish this app and the QV Pro that the recommend has even worse reviews. Extremely unreliable.

Easy to set up. Easy to use if you dont want to change the camera settings via the app. Auto highlight is good. New layout takes a bit of getting used to. Program has been updated after the date of no more updates....
The app now works so much better with this update. Quicker, smoother remote connection to my camera. Thank you.
It's does not open after trying many try then page loads up it stoped working
Dreadful. Takes so long to load. Cannot even register. Free app to work only an hour. Then cannot log back in. My property is surrounded by cameras and now I can't see nowt. Total waste of time. Any chance of getting a different update. As when I first started using it, it stated an update is required. So where is it. Totally depressed I can't check on my property.
