The app continuely freezes and crashes immediately after entering login details for the first time on a device. Once it does eventually login after multiple attempts over several days, it continually asks to login repeatedly if the device is offline. Please make it possible to login once when in signal and then stay logged in if offline and able to access the downloaded maps. However, once the app is working, it works well, allowing our team to operate effectively offline.

I loved this app the way that it was before they updated it, since then there have been a few problems. Occasionally, it cannot find the coordinates that I add in, but the larger problem is that when I add coordinates IT DOES NOT GO TO THEM! You have to then zoom out and out and out until you find the little dropped point (which is your coordinate that you just put in) and then you have to zoom in and in and in to get back to the spot. If they fixed that, I would enjoy it a lot more and recommend it to other people!

Great when it works that 1 day a year! Full of so many glitches it's not usable. Most of the map layers won't work 99% of the time, and every few weeks it says 'no maps available' then won't let me log in (yes maps are available and yes my login details are correct), then throws an error message every so often saying the app in unstrustworthy source, i click trust, and it keeps asking me to trust it over and over.

Crashes a bit.. Some of my outside agency served and personal maps won't load or display. Known addresses fail in search and can't be geolocated in the app, but Google and others have no problem. Says can download maps for offline use, but no provision to do so. Testing to use as GIS, SAR, and emergency management tool, but varies widely in response, ability, and function.

Before the update the app worked, it was slow but it at least worked. After the update none of the layers work or anything. This app is useless right now as I can look at the layers. I have contacted them and they said it will be fix in the next update but that's been months ago. I've been reading the reviews and it seems like everybody is having the same problem but yet they haven't released the update yet to fix it. Very disappointed with this app

It was really good...was being the operative word. Now it's that damn slow to load it's almost unusable. It won't jump to the site you've searched for resulting in lots of stuffing around zooming out to find the tag then zooming back in on it, as I said, It was good.

After the login with the ArcGIS online credentials, I try to open a map within a group but when I click on the map item it ask again the ArcGIS online credentials... so I fill in with the same credentials but login at this point is not working anymore, so I can't see the map. I hope it will be fixed asap, till 2 weeks ago everything was working fine.

Works great with mmpk files. However when I'm in the woods or rural area with no cell service, it still tries to go out to AGO to get sample maps and doesn't load, which makes offline maps pointless. Please fix: when I choose continue without signing in, don't try to connect to AGO.

App will not download maps at all. Tried on several android devices and none work. Works like it should on iOS. Pretty worthless since most maps are around 100mb in size and trying to view them over cell data is just too slow.

Fast and efficient app but needs more tools like navigation and the ability to search maps feature attributes. IMPORTANT!!! Please add the ability for author to display the maps Disclaimer.

Quite useful, albeit clunky. This app has some great features. Being able to change the units to SI would be useful. In Australia we don't use miles, feet, inches etc. Metres and kilometres please!

Just downloaded the app because their web interface is horrible for the wildfire maps. After downloading the app I realized it's equally as bad. Slow and very unresponsive.

This app is an amazing resource with many options for mapping, but a recent update has caused base layers that used to work to no long do so...hence a drop in stars.

excellent app, but sometime it does not show the boundary of each land title, overall good. But recently the app layers functions are working, any one can help!

simply an amazing company. speaking without professional experience per se, as a lay person who has interest in geographical information systems and so on I am astounded by the information within the map layers alone. invaluable. that is only what one can do with data that others have collected and posted online, not even considering what you can do by collecting your own data. whether you are a surveyor or own a shipping company, theres something for you in GIS and ESRI owns the competition.

It's amazing. It provides something I've been begging our state government to do for 5+ years, and it has more features than I hoped for in my wildest dreams.

Why is my weblinked csv file that show us just fine on arcgis online come up as an unsupported file type on this app? This is literally the simplest thing a gis software can do - display dots on the map. Why is ESRI stuck in the stone ages with their platform? Why are there 17 apps in the Google play app store and none of them are really that useful? My team hates using these products, which forces me to use Google maps and other products. ESRI had a head start by decades on MapBox and others but those guys know how to innovate and are going to keep eating your lunch.

It would be really nice if you could bookmark maps. Having to type in what I'm looking for everytime is annoying.

Is great nice for viewing maps but doesn't let me view my custom expression set up in my pop up text. So my next bin collection is blank rather than have the date

Hard to open. Can not find North Dakota fishing maps. Doesn't seem to make it easy to establish an account user name and password. Gave up. Just not usable. Why make it difficult.

App works extremely good with very little glitches for such a powerful GIS app. Love the simplistic yet fully functional design. If you have Esri this is a must have.

Works ok. How do you download a map? The last update says you can download and use maps offline but there isn't an option to do that.

Unpredictable performance. Maps often fail to reload. Good idea but bad application.

Performance is getting slow. Error keeps coming for antroid on trust. Difficult to log onto another account as it tries to log in again with old account

the GPS blue dot stops responding every 5 minutes. it becomes stuck on an old position. I have to press back and "refresh" the page.

Some function are missing after updating this apps. l used JTUWMA function before this but after i update this application the function are missing. if there are zero star to rate this app, i give zero star.

This app wants access to my contacts to sign in. Rise up. Privacy matters, force apps to limit permissions to the minimum to do its job and no cookies, follows, or SPIES.

Not fit for purpose. Freezes and unable to open the required info. Completely useless.

Previously this app has been very useful but currently I'm getting stuck on the markup screen where the back arrow isn't working.
