Looking at buying a car so downloaded as per Auris brochure but I get no further than screen asking me to call a phone number to register! Can't be bothered as I have done some kind of registration at dealer already and this just not worth the bother.
Useless, just wanted to use it as described in brochure, not give my life story and make phone calls. A bit of a joke, hope their cars are better than their app
Pointless app. Forces you to register with an overly complicated process which doesn't even work. Don't bother with this app. 0 stars would be more appropriate.
you have to register through a very complex process and I have no time to waste! it should have been user friendly. In a bid to collect data they have made this app a mess!
Unhelpful for prospective buyers . I downloaded the app to look in more detail with brochure and unless i have purchased tge car and got a centre nimber i cant progress. waste of time .
Cannot even start by entering my name. Touch the first name field and app shuts down. There is no help menu in fact its a complete waste of time.

Needs your soul before use. i dont see the need to register to use this app. all it is is a marketing ploy to get your details then bombard with sales.
Don't bother installing unless you want to give Toyota all your details, app cannot be used without registration

What a PR disaster for Toyota. Why offer an app with interactive features to use in your product brochures. Then force people who download it to have to make phone calls to obtain a 'Guild Member ID' just to be able to view the app content? Absurdly inconvenient and likely to deter interest in Toyota products rather than promote it! Needs a revamp ASAP. 😡😡😡
You can't set an account up without an ID which you have to ring to obtain. Pointless having the app if you can't just set it up with email.
You need an ID number to use this app. What a waste. I just wanted use the extended features as directed in the brochure.

"Simply download the free app, open it, point your device at the page and explore your Toyota in more detail". Nothing about giving over loads of personal details, making phone calls etc before you can use it. I've abandoned Nissan because of useless apps like this. Not a good start Toyota.
