The app works well for me far. However it does not send pictures to the pdf. This is crucial in many cases. That would get the 5th star. I almost went with 3 stars due to the absence of the pictures.
Standing by a zero star for this app that should have been removed a long time ago if Google had any quality control. This app does not go to sleep and drains your battery Just paid for what happened soon as you click on the button once you to pay more for another app. This is a junk app.
This apps doesn't download the entire conversation, I brought the upgraded version so I was able to download more then 8 messages at a time, just to see that it only downloaded 4 months worth of messages. I then uninstalled- reinstalled the app and now it continues to pop up with no msgs when I click on the chat I want downloaded. Waste of my time and waste of my money as well, this needs to be fixed.
Purchased this application for Immigration purpose but disappointed when I discover that it does not create Transcript well. It does not show any voice conversation at all; neither the time nor the duration. To make it perfect, it should also show the duration of the voice conversation that took place with date and time.
locked out of my 12 year old FB account due to suspicious activity as a result of a phising page... Not sure what I was even thinking using it.. the last time I install anything after beers!!! Look at the permissions that are granted! :modify or delete the contents of your storage. :read the contents of your shared storage :Google Play billing service :have full network access. AND MORE... And I was coinsidently blocked from accessing my own router all day - BEWARE PEOPLE
Absolutely excellent. The only app of its kind that does as it should. Actually lets you save/export conversations! In several formats, with options, and even themes if you want haha. Worth every penny. And this coming from a man whos bought less than 10 apps since Android was invented.
Excellent App, User Friendly. I've tried some others and was time consuming. You can do 8 at a time. The look just like the do in messenger. And it's pretty quick. So far as aren't an issue. Definitely recommend if you need to get your DMs on paper.
would be better if you could save without sharing first. I emailed them to myself, then they save on phone automatically . plus you have a copy in your mailbox. i would prefer to just save without the share, but works great
Horrible app. I got suckered in and paid for it. Only allows to go back 6 weeks in conversations to save. I thought paying would allow me to go back through all conversation to save important conversation. NOPE.
I can't get anywhere it is saying I need to allow access to Facebook messanger to do the exporting
Do not bother wasting your money on this. It constantly crashes. Won't work in the background.. Can't find the file once it says it's been saved.. Cause it hasn't saved! It's junk.
needed this app to document harrassment by a user in Facebook Messenger. I paid extra to save to .PDF and when I reviewed the documents dozens of responses were missing. When i went into the conversation within the app to hand-select them, they don't appear at all. I can pull up the conversation in Messenger and see that the responses are still there. This app is not reliable, especially if you need it for legal evidence!
Horrible downloaded my info and won't let me access it it's just stealing information. Violating constitutional rights to privacy
Formatting is pretty bad. It shows a very small number of messages per page (when exporting to PDF). Page size, output quality is blank, nothing there. Please fix this asap.
Does not do what it purports to. App claims messages have been downloaded from FB messenger onto my phone, but they are not in the assigned folder in internal storage. Did the app then harvest my messages? Unable to purchase premium, and error code not in payment FAQ. Free version worthless (8 message at a time upload limit in FB messenger? Come tf on.)No response to queries for help. No forums exist to ask questions online.Change your FB password if you made the mistake of downloading this app.
I paid to get the pdf. It's a cool idea. But the app is always struggling about opening the chat story. It's been 6 in a row that i cannot open my chat. It's already happened. And it doesn't work offline.
Didn't work. I paid for the full version and still spent 2 long days trying to convert one chat thread to pdf, and when it finally gave me a file, Adobe Reader says it's not a legitimate file and can't be opened. I regret wasting my time and money on this app and want my money back.
Great app. It does what it is supposed to. Many options to choose from and type of file to export. Fails to export to text file.
Used to work great for my main use of plaintext export, but that function no longer seems to work on the 5 different devices, with an "Unknown Error" coming up. If that is fixed, I'll update my rating to 5 stars.
Excellent app for exporting Facebook messenger conversation. Works well with Adobe PDF app for printing conversations. Paid $4.95 to be able to export entire conversations. Hopefully it's. a onetime payment.
Great app! Although the 7 message at a time limit is a bit annoying when you have a bunch of one or two line messages to print.
I needed to export a long conversation with someone as evidence to recover money that I had sent to his business. Luckily I did before it was erased, or helped me to get my money back. My only suggestion would be to make the file size smaller, it was over 100MB PDF FILE. Not easy to send via email
I've paid premium to export sms/mms, and assumed that as this is the same software it would be included. However, the devs greed means that they want me to pay another £4-odd to export 8+ messages. Rip offs.
Although you can't do many at once on the unpaid version, it's still did a lot for me. I like to preserve my memories and this made it easier.
Does a real decent job of creating a complete backup of a conversation, media included if links still good. I'd reccomend it to anyone who needs to archive analyse or print off conversations.
I'm not able to log into Facebook because Facebook says they cannot allow log in from unsupported browser so this app for me and maybe many others would be useless
Constantly hangs up with errors saying something about it'll be fixed in next update. Does not go very far back in history of a chat. I can manually go back ten years, but this app only registers back a few months. Garbage.
