As a student of the word,this commentary has helped transformed and expanded my scope of knowledge and understanding of the word.It provides a good and possible background and context of the texts.I have learnt rich vocabularies from this app and makes me standout as a learner.I recommend for all christians to download and effectively use. ~Rabbi Bright
This app is amazing I recommend it for anyone it's simple and easy to understand. the only problem I have with it is that it just jams a lot and it's slow when tryna recover where you were.
The app icon in Google Play is a little brown book with the word "Expositor's", but after installing it, the icon on my phone's desktop is a little brown book that says "Scofield". This needs to be corrected.
Having used several different commentaries over the years, I am delighted to say that I've found the Expositor's Bible Commentary to be the most accurate in both exegetical and heremeutical study. It is also far easier to read than many others. Thank you for this wonderful app/book.
Eloquent writing, but I unfortunately uninstalled this app because the writer's theology is strangely twisted. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 clearly tells us that "all scripture is inspired by God...so that the man of God may be complete..." But the writer subtly conveys that scripture is an insufficient source for obtaining wisdom. If you have the desire and the mental endurance to sift through this line of thinking, perhaps it'd be possible to glean some tidbits of truth. But I, for one, would rather not.
The commentary is easy for me to understand, and it's given me many of those "light bulb" moments, where a passage that I never understood before, would finally make sense. Thank you !

It's overwhelming in thought and excellent in presentations. Certainly not for the mind that is not prepared to spend quality time with Lord in studies with the Commentary. Highly challenging and helpful in several ways

The layout is commendable and the explanations understood; but language is somewhat old fashioned.

I LOVE THIS BIBLE APP..VERY MUCH..THE ONLY PROBLEM IS. .WHEN READING A CHAPTER AFTER IT FINISHES YOU CANNOT CONTINUE. .YOU HAVE TO COME OFF AND THEN GO BACK. ;TO THE BOOK AND CHAPTER. .ONLY PROBLEM.

This commentary is quite good. I read the Bible daily, and it always raises questions in my mind. I find excellent discussions of my questions here.
I do not understand this app at all. Some verses in some chapters are missing.

I like the app and the exposition has always been a great blessing whenever I study through it. But I noticed that some chapters are missing and some verses were omitted. For example, Luke chapters 13, 17 and 21 are all missing. Exposition on chapter 12 of Luke starts from verse 10.
