An "upgrade" implies increased functionally. When you say we've upgraded to a new system, I expect to be able to do more than before, or at least the same amount as before, certainly not less. This new app is so limited and basic it makes me question it's overall saftey and security, nevermind the ability of a local bank to understand the needs of it's customers because surely you don't understand.

I don't know what the reason is but quite frequently when I go to login it says my fingerprint login is not valid and i would have to enter my password instead. Other than that the app has been quite useful.
