• $39 per visit, payable by credit card, HSA card, or insurance where applicable

• Secure and confidential visits
• Licensed and board-certified physicians and nurse practitioners
• Prescription, if needed, is sent directly to your pharmacy
• Printable summary of your visit, which can be shared with your primary care provider, if desired, including non-Providence or non-Swedish providers
• Available to anyone seeking care in Oregon, Washington, Montana and California regardless of insurance*
* Due to government regulations, Express Care Virtual is not currently available to patients covered under government insurance such as Medicare, Medicaid, or Tricare (Note: This does not include Providence Medicare Advantage patients, who can use the service). Mobile device must be equipped with a front-facing camera to facilitate two-way video visit.

Convenient and inexpensive! My provider was kind and patient and being able to visit with her from home was fantastic. I don't have insurance so this was a great option!
to many permissions only one dr on call with a long wait. also will not bill my insurance even though they accept my insurance that literally makes no since. Big FAIl. delete unable to delete my account so I had to call to suspend my account.
This app is awesome. Without insurance it's hard to see a DR unless you can afford a large bill. This app made it cheap and easy. Got a prescription called in and I'm good to go.
This was an ideal way to see a provider sooner rather than later and hopefully get back to work faster. The provider was kind, compassionate and explained her diagnosis rational.

Easy registration, friendly, knowledgeable Doc. was a bit of a wait, but its Sunday night, and sure beats the urgent care!
I love Virtual Care. The providers are fantastic and caring, and they really spend time with you. I can get care in my home instead of sitting in a waiting room; it is much easier to use than hauling yourself and the kids down to a doctor's office.
