At first it worked but it doesn't keep in sync with my transactions. It says the last time I serviced the car was last year. Nope, I keep on top of all the service needs so the app is wrong.
has a great premise but I scheduled an appointment and Express Oil change on Whittlesey Blvd in Columbus Ga says they have no idea what I'm talking about because they don't take appointments and never have. so that feature is useless to me. Then the store itself that advertises tune ups tells me I have to go to Ford to get my F150 Tuned up..... that's right one of the most common vehicles on the road and they can't do a tune up on it....
Previous service does add to my account. When I try to add the service, app keeps crashing.
App keeps crashing. Won't delete old vehicle and can't add new vehicle. I should give it negative stars. 1 star is to much.

App appears good but I question the ability to make appointments. I downloaded app, found my store and made an appointment for a front end allignment. When I arrived, I was told I would have at least a two hour wait. Tech stated they went by first come, first served, and didn't know anything about appointments. Not sure if this is a company communication issue or a scam to get people to their shops. I reported my issue to corporate but never got a reply.
Every time I need service a store is near me. So convenient. Look my cars up and I am good to go.
Trying this again, one if my vehicles isn't showing up anywhere. Perhaps an email issue at the store, will check it with them. Also, deleting vehicles no longer owned is needed.
I went in on 1/29 to get my car serviced. It's always good to see the same staff working on your car. Frankie Martin did a wonderful job in explaining all the details with what was going on with my car. That's why I keep going back, consistent staff. #ExpressOil
I tried twice at 2 different Express Oil to use the coupons within the app but neither store would accept since I "did not have a paper copy of the coupons to attach to their paperwork."
I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are quick and very knowledgeable. Mike is a very good mechanic.

I love getting my oil changed at EOC. Always fast, no up selling or suggesting items I don't need. Ap is horrible. Can't delete cars I no longer own. Can't find cars I've taken there several times even though I have the vehicle ID they assigned. I click on a car and it pulls up a different one. Get your oil changed there but don't bother with the ap.
Everyone at the Woodruff Store in Greenville, SC is AWESOME. Friendly, helpful, no pressure, informative, I can't say enough and I've been there many times with different vehicles. I was introduced to them because the last person that changed my oil did not reset my light/notification, they happily re-set it, no charge and welcomed me back! I'm glad I stopped! They also have ladies day, senior day and veteran's day! I used to dread having anything done to my vehicle, the wait, bad t.v. in a smelly waiting room, and you never know what the bill will be when they finally call your name. I actually look forward to getting my oil changed at the Woodruff Express Oil Change and trust them with other repairs to my vehicle and what I'll be charged and love the new app! I couldn't ask for more really, always an excellent experience! I also really like the package they provide you with when your done, it's so nice and tidy and has all the information you could possibly need. Keep up the excellent work guys! So glad you have this awesome app to go along with your awesome business!
My phone accidentally switched to the Google keyboard the other day and I was lost with what to do. SwiftKey is the best keyboard I have ever used!
Takes a while to update the back end data (like 2 months after service) but not the app fault I guess.

App gives coupons for the same month that I just got an oil change. Who gets their oil changed in 30 days? Also have recorded well over 1000 points and only shows 650 on my point redemption? Finding multiple vehicles had been a nightmare.Fleet vehicles can't participate bc they get "special" pricing, but I should still get done dirty of points bc they still make money, and it's s voice to bring my fleet vehicle there. If I give you patronage, reward me.

This app keeps closing on me when I try and view my points or records. It won't let me add another vehicle, [keeps saying no vehicles found when I click tha Add Another Vehicle button] If I can't use the app, it's worthless to me. It won't even let me remove an old vehicle I had on there from 2 years ago. I'm uninstalling it.
