Inconsistent app...sometimes it works when reporting income and the next time you have to ring up Centrelink to report earnings. Seriously, there is not much change in my reporting.. navigating the phone line is ridiculous. I'm doing the right thing, but this app isn't helpful.
The app does not allow you to report your hours worked, there is a space for it but when you type nothing works or saves. We have to go to a PC to log in to services Australia to link to centrelink to report. This has been unavailable for for months now. Can you please sort it out.
Some documents have errors when I try to print them, the way I get around this problem is to open the doc in the app All Document Reader and screen shot each page, then print the screen shot, I hope this helps you.
Never loads, logs you out continuously. Everytime I try and report my income the page never loads, after sometime it automatically logs you out then back to the start again. Hour / pay page is displaying a blank white page!
Downloaded it because the website wasn't working. It wouldn't let me log in. The whole point is for the app to be there to use when you can't log in via the website. So ????? What are you doing mygov???
You need a good well run business to then have a decent app. This is the most frustrating business/ government dept I have ever dealt with. Incompetent, stupid, ridiculous are words that come to mind. Pull your socks up and give the country a better deal! Rant over.
It's essentially hopeless. I try to report, but it won't let me put my hours worked in. So I have to ring up and tell them all the information verbally
app is ok, there are sections that don't work and the app crashes and i receive an error message stating the app has a bug so hopefully it is fixed and resolved asap
Wouldn't let me submit my most of my claims and also wouldn't let me upload photos or documents. Has trouble bringing up the enter pin code to log in first hand. Please fix this easy mess.
Doesn't seem to correspond with my gov account. I uploaded my documents and called centrelink. They said they were there. Still receiving letters from centrelink requesting documents.
Brilliant app can't be more happy with it. Very quick easy and precise. Whom ever came up with it absolute champion
I also have the glitch of not being able to input working hours, thus preventing me from reporting. I have reinstalled, I have the latest version, my phone is up to date... it still doesn't work. I see in the reviews I am not alone. This has been happening since the 7th December for me.
Rubbish you cannot even upload a doc from ya gallery and that's what it's supposed to do to make it easier isn't it take a photo and upload it the website says if you do not have a scanner, thought this would be quicker than scanning every bit of info they want but no its not don't bother with the app complete waste of time, if you have to take the photo after you select upload photo will take forever should be able to take all the doc photos and upload from gallery would be shitloads better.
App crashes frequently when trying to upload documents. Also takes forever to change circumstances, which can lead to a debt. I'd advise doing it all on the website or in paper form.
This app won't allow me to upload documents via the barcodes or even by picture and sometimes even crashes while I'm using it to report or find things I need FIX THIS BLOODY THING

DO NOT REPORT THROUGH THIS APP. Go through the website or YOU WILL NOT BE PAID. I have reported for 2+ months (on time!) to Centrelink for it to say that my report is still due. I've spent over a total of 12 hours on the phone to Centrelink, with the problem never being fixed. I don't have the time to call every fortnight and I've almost become homeless multiple times due to my payments being delayed for many weeks. I can't even afford therapy after all this extreme stress. Please fix this asap!
Even since recent update still can't put hours in have spoken to Centrelink about this explained that I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app still does not work PLEASE FIX THIS
Inconsistent use of terms to describe a single item. Lack of direct notifications, and instead replies on emails. It's called "Express Plus Centrelink", but when told to us either by their we site they call it something different. Why make this more confusing than they need to be??? Is it deliberate?
Govt tools..really bad...no wonder difficult to proceed with low income health care card renewal which is Every 12 months..my last one rejected as I supposedly failed to provide something which they did not tell me what it is that I should have provided.. I am badly affected by covid financially as many are..no work living off my very very reduced savings..these pinheads need to pick up their pins and fix their bad tech..must be related to the expensive NBN stuff..the budgetrunbyrealwomen..
This app is actually pretty good, yes it needs updates sometimes but so do all app's, it might need more updates because it is a government app but at least you can do what u have to
Childcare subsidy section sometime never work or it badly lags to get to very fustrating sometime have to qait up to 20 min for it to load up
Impossible to use! Keeps creating a loop you can't get out of. Dreadful.
This used to be a good app. It's totally useless and frustrating now. I couldn't put the hours in, and was told to update my app. Now I'm told to enter a 6 digit code when a 5 digit code has been sent!
Tried submitting my hours but it "failed to submit". Now I'm here in the Centrelink office to get it fixed so I don't lose my payment.
Crashes all the time, endless loading screens, almost impossible to use especially when you need it in the moment. WORST APP IN EXISTENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
