Express Plus Child Support
To use the app you need to:- be registered for a myGov account and link to Child Support online account - log on with your myGov username and password- set up a four-digit PIN- read and accept the Terms & Conditions
If you already have the Express Plus Medicare mobile app, you can simply log in using the same PIN.If you choose to reset your PIN, your new PIN will also apply to Express Plus Medicare.

Can't ever log in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times... It's just a total waste of time. I was so relieved when the lady on the phone mentioned the app to me so I downloaded it straight away but have only been able to successfully log in 2-3 times ever. Back to being on hold for 40 mins only to get cut off and having to call again
It has not loaded in a long time now. keeps saying temporarily unavailable and to try again later. very frustrating that it has been down for as long as it has. reading your reviews shows me it has been since last year. how long does it take you to upgrade your app so it works on all devices. ?? you are a government agency. this should have been rectified by your IT department by now.
update: FINALLY it works, thank you to the IT team for updating this app!!............................... this app used to work fine, now I have a Samsung S9 and it will not go past the error message "temporarily unavailable " Please, there has been no updates for 18 months, and other reviews are telling you the problems, fix the problems, it should not be this hard!
The app once I stalled and I attempted to log in it gets to accept t and cs and then an error message comes up saying the app is unavailable. After uninstalling and waiting a few days and installing again the same thing happens. Very frustrating since I have been doing the same process for the last 2 months.
Dislike the new update It was easy to use and showed most of the info I needed to know. Now it's terrible. Not showing the days of payments correctly (or who's paying them) and showing current assessments that aren't current etc however I can log in easier now. Before it used to glitch and not let me
When this app is working it's great. But it's always telling me it's unavailable.. it's been happening for months now. I uninstalled and reinstalled it still no good. Spoke to Child Support they said we have not heard there's an issue. I told them it's been going on for months . She was no help...
Unable to access this for weeks. always says "temporarily unavailable, try again later". I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and even restarted my phone and reinstalled, and it's still the same. when it's working it's great, but this is ridiculous.
Really disappointed. It used to be a great app but for the past few weeks as soon as I enter my passcode it says the service is temporarily unavailable. I have no issues on my iPad so time to delete the android version.
this app is ridiculous! It never works. I had to uninstall and re install and now i cant log in. I've been trying for the last 3 months and still cant use the app. It's useless. an app for government services should work all the time and be maintained all the time.
Absolute waste of time downloading ... it never works i can't even login always comes up with service temporarily unavaliable ... fix the damn thing so we dont have to waste more time on hold trying to contact you for a simple thing that could be answered within the app ... the mygov section isn't much better i can't download my letters from there without it saying there has been an error
What's the point of having this app when you can't even log into it. For 3 months now I have been unable to use it as it always comes up with the message "this service is temporary unavailable" no matter how many times you uninstall and reinstall it. It's a waste of time. You really need to update your app so that people can actually use it.
This app doesnt really do anything, I cant see my letters when they arrive, I have to wait months. Sometimes I cannot access any. The same with mygov. I usually have to use the cs website if I need to change anything, which doesnt really seem to work properly either.
absutely un-insightful app , only makes the tedious and horrible task of navigating child support more tedious and horrible. whats the point of having an app that you need to log into a PC for just to get any useability for... may as well log into a PC and uninstall this app for something more useful.
I think the app needs to be updated bit slack!! since the new software on Samsung you not can not access this app (not sure on other devices) but keeps saying temporarily unavailable.. but even so there has always been problems with this app its should be kept up to date it's a government app!!! will be deleting!!
Everytime I try to login it says 'temporarily unavailable' and has for a week now, uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't do anything. Never shows when I'm receiving a payment until a day or two before, even though it's the same each month and they take it from him weekly. The website is even worse, so where can I get information without spending 45 minutes in the phone?
Used to work fine, but DOES NOT WORK on latest Android Pie (v9) update. DEVELOPERS:.... please update the app so that it recognises Android 9 as a valid version and stops throwing up the "Service is Temporarily Unavailable" error.
terrible app, doesn't show payments for weeks after they've been made , now they changed the website and it shows no payments or payment history. got a payment but it no longer shows that it's expected/bsen paid, amount they owe no longer shows. not happy at all
App hasn't worked for months. After signing in, it states this service is temporarily unavailable but has said this for well over 2 months. Have updated app and makes no difference. It is effectively useless.

Won't work and hasn't done in months, doesn't go past the load screen. Have unistalled and reinstalled multiple times, no updates available. No point having a pointless app on my phone.
Your Failed update, This app USED to be easy to navigate and use now it's near impossible to even find the most basic of information. You've successfully made it harder just to update simple details and ultimately created a mess. Thanks but no thanks !
Was told using this app would be easier. It might be, but it's hard to say when it won't log in. I even changed my password to make sure I was using the correct one. Absolutely no use at all.
The app has worked perfectly for the 4 years I had it, then all of a sudden about 4-5 months ago it logged me out and says the service is temporarily unavailable. I have removed the app and re installed several times and it continues to say the same thing. It's very frustrating! fixing the problem would be great for thousands of people.
