Much better than optum rx. Their app is always crashing. Their desk top site the same. Because of One annoying thing you get a 4 stars. Call and don't leave a message, it's almost harassing. Could text me. Called 3 times today. Why?
VERY easy to use. Reminds me of those phones they used to have where one could place a 1½" x 2½" (or whatever the actual dimensions are) portrait picture in a slot atop each number key which was then programmed with that person's phone number. Speed Dial. Land line... I'm talking a cord and everything. When it comes to PBRs the app and prescription service itself are pretty... prett-tyy... prettyyyyyyy good.
Well thought out UI that makes everything fast, visible, and easy. You can do rx refills in the first minute of interaction with the app.
Rarely do I have to go to the app to order once placed, they automatically send what is needed on time. Makes it easier to order and I truly appreciate the convenience!
Very good app, saves time and trouble. Once it has your scripts it can place, order, and refill and keep you informed as well.
Love this app. It's at the top of one of the easiest apps I've ever used. Completely hassle free. Easy to navigate, convenient & very easy to view my scripts, see how many days I have left to refill them, view my balance, etc. Kudos to the app developers! 👏 🤜💥🤛👏
Love Express Scripts. They are fast and very helpful when you have requests. They make sure you order on time.
Simple. 4 or 5 buttons that get you into your prescriptions, billing, etc. Works great. Prices are nice, too.
I like the app, and it's ease of use. I just wish it was easier to see the scripts in some semblance of order, and remove those not used any longer
The app can be glitchy. When I order multiple prescriptions I can only do them one at a time. Most of the other numerous problems are with express scripts themselves not the app. I'm forced to use them.
App always says "Try Again later" when selecting on status of prescription. I've uninstalled/reinstalled app several times and hasn't help at all. Called multiple times complaining and nothing has been done. Ready to go back to Walgreens since Express Scripts doesn't seem to care enough about its customers.
This is the best thing to ever come along in the world of prescription orders! No nonsense ads, just the facts! They email when it's time for a refill and you can change the date if needed sooner or later. They keep your info on hand so it's just a few clicks and shortly, it's in the mailbox 📬. If everything else was just so simple in the medical world!
Convenient and easy, so much better than calling the 1-800 number and speaking to a computer that does not understand anything you say...

Very convenient especially when you choose to have Tricare express scripts assume providing/shipping meds to save money. App also allows an overview of all meds and the ability to print if you choose.
Everything about Express Scripts is top notch ! The app is super easy to navigate and their customer service is even better. They have saved me a good amount of money, time and aggravation. Wish I went with them so much sooner. Completely satisfied with Express Scripts on the whole.
