Still says reversal at 1100 when the signs on the EZPass say 1030. If the app doesn't have current information it's useless. Also, is it open northbound or southbound or still closed for reversal RIGHT NOW?! This app can't tell you. It is an absolute waste of space even if you have infinite space.
Horrible app has continuously quit when trying to use for years. The app much like the Department of Trasportation in Virginia is completely useless, not to mention the unabashed highway robbery of the Express Lanes costing daily commuters up to $50 one way everyday and somehow they get away with it. Unbelievable to charge amounts like that for commuters who live so far away because they can't afford to live closer to the DC area. One way or another they'll get the money we don't have.
Nearly worthless. Toll estimator is a joke: On 10/10/2018, I entered the toll lanes at their start in McLean at 5:10 p.m. to drive southbound to the Gallows Road exit, a 7 mile trip, which took about 10 minutes. The app's estimated toll when I entered was $5.70; the actual billed toll was $17.10! I know the estimation is just an approximation, but this was ridiculous.
Just like the entire organization. Broken. Unacceptable. Unaccountable. Incapable of basic functions. Inconsistent. Irrelevant.

it says that the traffic is going the wrong way! That makes this app worthless. Update, it has been months and the app still has the same problem and will not work whatsoever.
I had high hopes It would not let me select a viable entry or exit point The entry / exit list has less than 1/2 of the available If you select the entry point on the map, all exit points disappear. Plus, you MUST select the entry point before exit. It gets one star for spelling "Express" right
Ok. Error loading some prices. Makes you register to save routes. Average app could have better interface
Can't even get the app to launch. I either get an error screen, or an app crash. Uninstalling as this isn't worth having at this point.
Worked correctly for a day. Then will only give me the cost of a trip in one direction. Gives the alert "95 is closed in that direction" when 95 is open.
It doesn't work. No matter what combination of entry/exit points you enter, it thinks you entered two exits or two entrances. Used to work on occasion but now it consistently fails.
Mediocre. The app doesn't even tell you what direction the I-95 Express Lanes are going (it does on their website; The schedule is posed in the app, but that may change/vary).

This is app is very user friendly. It saves me time and lessens traffic stress with real time cameras and updates. As a senior driver I really appreciate it.

How does this app provide toll camera footage exactly?
Like many others on here I had high hopes for this app, but it turned out to be a very poor app. Poor performance overall, not all exits are indicated, the UI design is poor, clunky, and not intuitive. I would not encourage downloading this app.
Love that I can save my commute so I can check it in the morning before I leave. Simple to pay tolls.

Their "simplified, sleek look" that's "easier to use" is no different than it was. It's still clunky as hell. There's a settings gear in the top right but if you try to tap it it just takes you to the Pay tab. Same for trying to save trips. Cannot log into my account but when you try to reset the password, the reset link takes you to a dead page. If you want to select a trip by entrance and exit it's even harder than before. I needed to barely use the tip of my pinky on the tiny down arrow to get the menu to drop down. This is literally no different than the old app except for an updated skin. You'd think after raping people's wallets with their $30 evening commutes, VDOT could afford to actually find some someone that could make an app worth a damn.
