Extended Stay America

If you fail to indicate the days you want to stay using the calendar feature it's impossible to edit the dates. I gave up and reserved a room using my laptop before I realized the issue. A better developed app would give the option to edit the dates throughout the check out process, not just at the beginning. My 2 cents

This app is one of the easiest to navigate and is clear in its explanations of room details, amenities, and pricing. It even breaks down pricing so perfectly that a person knows where the money is going. It's nice knowing someone took time to think of everything so you don't have to. Booking a motel, getting thing together, and the trip there is enough. Thank you AES. Heather

This is a quick review after spending 5 minutes with the app. However I've dealt with ESA before the app days and wasn't impressed either. Perhaps it suits certain needs well. It isn't too sneaky about getting info... Though the first 5 popups request access to everything on your device. I'm paranoided. Way too intrusive and demanding and doesn't really offer much.

Useless. Reservation doesn't show up in the app and it doesn't show the deals. When I click on the deals it takes me to the reservation screen. Maybe the deals don't show because the reservation doesn't show? Either way, it's just taking up space on my phone. Uninstalling...

This app is pretty much useless. Allows you to add an address on where, which hotel you want to stay in however when you hit enter it shows you a list of multiple Extended Stays. Your lucky if it's the same information you put in.

Love it here and the staff knows what you want and will help you in anyway they can. The T.V. stations aren't very good but, I watch channel's 19 & 21 This stay wasn't too good it was noisy and people were making so much noise and on top of that the electrical wall outlets shut off the lights and some kind of insects were in my bed with animal hairs.

Screen just goes white then nothing

Very clear, accurate, and detailed information on the app and website alike, plus the help agents are indeed helpful when needed. Booking is easy and smooth.

Terrible hotel. You can tell almost everyone there is high on something. It's dirty, the guests look straight out of Compton and trash everywhere. Vagrants sleep outside your doorstep and graphitti all over the place. Extended Stay needs to find someone to come in and give this place a huge douche. Maids are aweful, they don't even clean. DO Not Stay at this hotel you will get bed bugs.

I don't receive promo rate perks anymore for some reason. Click on the perk icon which it does not give the weekly perks. Usually have to go third party to receive lower prices now. Other than that, it's a Good app

The app doesn't let you know about fees and doesn't let you update your reservation so you have to cancel and redo it however they charge you to do so. Checked in for a non smoking handicap accessible room and they had neither available. Place itself is nasty and smells like an ashtray got washed out with a bong

I must say, I am shocked and appalled, to put it mildly. I haven't ever stayed at an ESA hotel and I never will again. While I was wiping all the surface areas down after I arrived on Friday, May 14th at around 330, and I decided I would wipe the bathroom floor down too. I was using antibacterial wipes, by the way. And I wiped along the side of the toilet and I felt a sting on my right middle finger so I looked and could not believe what I saw! There was a broken insulin syringe's needle, TBC...

I do armed and unarmed security for a living. Which takes me all over for work. I love ESA cause its alwats a convenient way to be near work no matter where I am. The rooms are alwats nice and having a fridge and stove is like having home away from home. To me, 10 out of 10 stars.

WARNING: While the app may open the door to what may seem like a great deal, (Simi Valley-Los Angeles hotel) After, 5 nights (I booked for two months) the problems are repetitive & management are downright nasty (of course, they may be the 'root of the problems!' First week: Extended WiFi (paid extra) went out, a/c & all electricity in the room suddenly went off, all food in refrigerator spoilt (no refunds), smoke alarms blaring, support animals terrified & management/corporate did NOTHING!

Its a joke. Promise one thing, then change it up at the last minute hoping you wont notice. Price went from 40.00 and change to 54.00 and change on internet to 68.00 and change on the app. Same coupon code and nights. One more thing, watch the dates cause they change those up on you also.

We have stayed here almost a week now, and if i could i would totally move in and stay. The people are so helpful an courtous always ready to help you. The prices are real afordable. And the whole place is always kept extremly clean and tidy. Anything you need in your room for your daily living is usually available.

This place stands for a huge overhaul when it comes to housekeeping. They don't pay their housekeepers enough there for the place seems very dusty smelly of an old house. Step up for a moment and step up to the real players game and learn how to clean more appropriately. Get the right equipment in there to help your employees do their job correctly and they'll be able to clean this place a lot better than this being cleaned today. Unacceptable and it smells like an old musty motel. Unsatisfactor

Garbage. Booked a room months in advance just to call and tell me they dont have any rooms 2 days before my trip and now everything nearby is booked. Never doing business again.

Love the extended stay America hotels. Especially the manager Ashlee. She went above and beyond to make my trip an excellent experience!

Love the perk codes I get through the app. It's easy to book a reservation and prices are cheaper with the app
