Video and audio unreliable, constant updating - and it won't say it needs to be updated until I try to log in for an appointment.
App crashes when mic test initiated. Tried 10 times. Closed all other apps. Waited for speed test to conclude. Never saw a bar turn green in mic test.
I used it to try and do my physical therapy with the therapist and it was horrible. Either could hear and not see or see and not hear. The next time we tried it didn't even connect.
Very easy to operate Thank you! All it needs a higher volume I had it on speaker and still was very low

Won't download. Extremely frustrating!
I downloaded the app and when my doctor appointment time came I couldn't connect with my doctor.
I tried to join my Doctor appointment today 1st time using app and when I tapped join meeting it made me open app and then told me I needed a link to join Doctor Sent link and it still wouldn't let me join meeting. It kept telling me I needed a Link.

I just want to install this app
Allows me to have a video doctor appointment with my doctor from the safety of my home protecting me from COVID-19 by limiting my exposure to sick people who could possibly be infected.

Bad. Could barely hear, and could not see my dr. Had to hold the mic rt up to my mouth so dr could hear me - this is on my galaxy s10. App would not even load onto Google Chromebook - says 'app is not compatible w chromebook' - wth?? Wish they had not changed from zoom, it was 100x better.
