very disappointed, i ordered collect from store in aseer mall in abha, i paid the item through online and then the apps, email and sms notified me that my order was ready to be collected and when i arrived to store stuff there told that my order is not available and it's saying in extra apps they have 3 pcs stock, they waste my time to went to the store without my order is not available there, very inconvenience, there apps are poor in terms of availability of there stock
Everytime I order online on Extra there's 3- 7 different numbers who called my number saying that I have to pay etc etc provide my bank details in Arabic automated voice. Which is clearly fraud or scam tactics since I already payed and received my orders. I cant help but think someone is leaking our contact details.
I bought an air conditioner and they delivered it and installed it. Then 20 minutes after they left, it made a loud sound and stopped working completely. I have spent 8 days since trying to get them to exchange it, or refund it or repair it. But they make it nearly impossible to contact them. I succeed 2 times and each time they promised to come investigate and exchange it; each time they send a SMS saying request canceled due to incomplete information. They are Cheaters!!!
One of the worst apps. Update every week and still not working right. Please spend some money to fix the app once and for all.
Very stupid and slow app!! I couldn't complete my purchase through it as my bank blocked the transaction on my credit card by fraud check, cash on delivery option wasn't available as well!!! Thats how stupid it is!!!! I used Noon to purchase my items and i went for the cash on delivery option! It was way quicker and easier!!!
I've been buying cell phones in extra... Quality is absolutely amazing! I recommend anyone to try products from extra! ❤️
I ordered a recliner. Delivered on time but it was faulty. So we have to return it back. It was hard getting thru them via telehone but after we contacted them, they immediately arranged for a replacement. Their staff is polite and professional. Strongly recommended. Excellent customer service. My hubby is enjoying his recliner now. 4 stars to give room for more improvement of the application. More power!
Over all the app is great, but recently the app shuts me out when I scroll down to see more products, I have tried to reopen the app many times,its quite annoying when it doesnt even seem to fix the problem. Please fix this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.
The update about delivery is entirely obselete or wrong. A product which I paid was wrongly delivered to another person and was updated as delivered to me. I have to call and message in messanger umpteen times to get an idea regarding this. Finally after 3 months they credited the money to the account. The app is very slow. In general extra customer care service is very bad.
They're just playing with customers. If you check EVERY single item which very very cheap is out of stock. Whenever an item is sold they just change the price to like 25 percent of the original price. To make people fool that their items are very cheap infect it's not. Also their filters are terrible.
This is the worst online experience by far. Customer service is reallly bad. Noone picks up the phone and noone replies to you. Very late delivery dates, and when I tried cancelling my order they wouldn't cooperate, I waited and waited and am still waiting... Really bad experience. Once you pay online you're stuck!!!
When it comes to discounts and sales online. I never received such poor quality of items I purchased, it was annoying and consumes my time and effort. Indeed they have a budget friendly but they lost the good quality of there items such as poorly sanitised packages with open items upon delivery from the parcel without manuals, broken or busted electronics and worst no cables. I highly recommend to visit the showroom. Its not convenient but its worth the money, effort and time.
I don't know why do I even update this app. This app is full of bugs. It cannot sort items with pricing. Items aren't updated with the store. Gives unrelated search results. Everytime I open the app I have to select the city. If I open this app from a notification, this app just loads and loads and does absolutely nothing. Total garbage. Jarir is better
If they have updated properly their stocks online, i would have rate this to 4 stars. The fact is it's been twice in a row that they post something ''in stock'' in this app but when I go to the store to pick up the bought item they will say it's all sold. I hope they will solve this issue as they have good promotion thru the course of the year.
Developers need to test it more. Seems they produce it and push to market. Application is slow and hangs frequently. Why it keeps asking me about country and language? I selected them... No need to ask again. Why asking me every time to register? If the deveoloper throughs a look into noon application and make the app similar, that would be fantastic. Developers: please spend 30 minutes clicking different products and functionalities to enhance... A great company should have a great app.
Worest service, I order router. It came defective. Manuf. Told me to return it. I tried to call the extra ro returned with zero answer to phones and emails. This is worest customer service i have ever seen. Dont recommend dealing with them at all.
I have been scammed by extra. After paying online 2000 sar .. theyve cancelled my order and never updated me ever. Talked to my bank ensuring me the success of the transfer but they are declining and imploring they did not recieved any payment. I have all the documents to support but anyncustomer service is not available. Please do not use this company. They are stealing money from us.
Very disappointed.. i return my laptop bcoz is not function..they fixed my laptop. I give them no scratch and its very shiny...Bcoz i used the laptop less than 10 days only... and they return me have a big scratch... they return my laptop same like too old... and i think they change my paper....i am very,,,very disappointed.. The guy who handle my item.. is very, very liar... i dont like to buy anymore in extra store.. besides my item is broken and they lying too me...
Lots of bugs. Need to log in every time. Many discounted items are not for delivery (need to pick them from store) and even worse they are found in 1 or 2 stores in remote areas in KSA.
❌Worst shopping experience ever made❌ 1- rude, ignoring and disrespectful staff in the showroom 👎🏼 2- shipping is weird including shipping items individually and out of working hours with non professional eXtra cars and rude drivers 👎🏼 3- very expensive installaing fees with bad quality 👎🏼 4- very difficult and lengthy return process 👎🏼 5- the website is hard to find informations for the product you want also lots of OUT OF STOCK products listed 👎🏼
Pathetic service! Order was place on 5th May and was to be delivered on 24th May but we havent received it yet, but the real issue is about update status. Neither online nor on call.. the service number is not working and nowhere else to contact on app! Whether its shipped or not, no information is anywhere even when full payment have been done! Never never ever gonna use their service and will never recommend it to anyone!
The app is hoax, just like extra. Items listed in stock and never in stock. I have experienced thai with 2 orders now. I ordered a d after 1 month of constant follow up with customer service, i was told that the items are out of stock. Second time, the same thing happened. Extra online shopping experience is the worst in Saudi Arabia.
Asking to update even there is no update. I reinstalled the app again but still asking for update😂😂 extra is high on something

The worst experience in online order.. I really don't recommend.. I ordered online a washing machine. It's ridiculous: imagine they don't have a phone or WhatsApp number to contact them if there is any problem in delivery 🙄 .. You have just to wait the "golden" call from them to tell you that your order is ready for shipment. Also they didn't deliver the "free gift" (3 kg of detergent) that was with my order hhh. I don't know why..
