Overall it's a pretty good App, has been mostly trouble free until recently. 2 new bugs and one old one to report. The 1st bug that started in the past few weeks and this one has me quite mad because it just cost me hundreds of dollars today is it magically logged me out which cost me my 4pm route and a lot of money. This has happened twice recently, first time thankfully I caught it before it cost me but not this time. Not cool at all...
Allt work phone have been updated for my driver's and it still crashes and reverts back to the previous stops and asking for pictures again. Why doesn't iPhones have this issue?
The app was fine at 1st but then it updated and all hail broke loose It keeps saying allow all permission or permission but all permissions are allowed and now it will not allow me to log in.
App works well most of the time. It did freeze once to the point where I had to uninstall then reinstall it. Only happened once. Also, sometimes when I take the picture, the app will keep the "Report Delivery" button greyed out, despite acceptance of the picture and signature. I then have to skip the stop and call dispatch so the stop can be updated and the app can allow me to continue with my next stops. I'd like to know if there's a better solution. Otherwise, a generally good app.
App crashes when in maps for directions and have relogin to extra app it happens after every stop also need to have option to reorder stops without skipping stops
The only problem I have with this app is it doesn't let me go backwards it just makes you go forward and sometimes you need to go back a step and it flat out refuses to let you
The latest update is broken the app randomly signs me out.
Returns are too much of a hassle. Also, after making a delivery you put the name of the person you delivered too. I think once a week those names to be deleted. This would be good to keep names updated. I know drivers jist randomly select a name. I know because I do it.
As a delivery driver I use this applicatiin daily. For months the app will malfunction and Noone can figure it out. I am responsible to Uninstaller and reinstall the app so it works properly.
This app is lousy, it hangs. Now it's telling my android it needs to adjust my permissions? It won't let me login. Time for an update
There's a bug in the app when automatic departure and arrival is enabled it will notify you regardless notification settings in Android which I do believe violates the Play Store rules and regulation please address is bug or I will have it removed
Man I half to use this app just for work..But what ticks me off the most 80%of the time it will send me out in the middle of nowhere.
Have to use it for work. Terrible app.. Doesn't clear on its own when you arrive half the time... Wish my workplace would switch!
I can't stand that this defaults to WAZE. I would much rather use Google maps

ETA and time are crazy. Plain wrong. Lately, last run "driving directions" button is greyed out.
Work uses it. I Mitch more preffered the dark scheme with larger buttons. Also suggest a back button if I accidentally hit arrived.
ETA and arrival time are wrong 90 % of the time.
Yes this app has its flaws. But no app is perfect. We at Tom Nehl have had such great communication and quick reaction with the support team at Elite. The things they do and have done are amazing. Anyone who deems this app less then 4 stars clearly has not utilized its every potential. Why the 4 stars? Because, again. No app is perfect. I use this daily to dispatch 200+ plus delivers daily. Yes we find glitches and errors but the team at Elite are always there. Utilize!
