Worst customer service ever. Sometime the app will not capture your transactions which means you lost miles. The customer service will do nothing about it. أسوء خدمة عملاء. مرات التطبيق ما يتعرف على عمليات الشراء من خلاله و لما تكلم خدمة العملاء ما راح يسون لك شي. سيء جدا

The customer service is so bad they will not help you when the app does not give you your miles. خدمة عملاء سيئة جدا لما التطبيق يضيع الأميال و تكلمهم ما يعملون شيء.

Not a user friendly app. Needs lots of work. I tried to use it but it has many steps to go and does not show me how many miles for each booking. Not happy about it sorry.
