GETTING STARTED
To use the Extraco eBank App, you must be enrolled as an Extraco Banks Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Changes passwords to often. I deal with some very large financial institutions and have never changed a password in 15 year. Can not use previous passwords. Want to hassel a customer, this is a great way to do it.
I've been with this bank for about 4\5 years, and I love it! They are always very courteous, and when problems arise, they are quick to solve the problem, or get you to someone who can. When. I got married, it was a fairly easy process to add my husband on my account, and since I'm a student, I get my account for free! I love it!
Mostly a great experience. Sometimes not accurate as far as balances, but that may just be the bank.
I enjoy this app, very safe and secure. All kinds of opportunities and help to build money for your personal interest and while you are on the go. Love it!
It was working fine until today. Today, it wont show my updated account information. It has been loading ALL DAY LONG and that's frustrating. Please fix the issue!
The app is easy to use and follow. The app saves time and is extremely convenient The Extraco Bank is a great financial institution with great employees.
East to use. I can check my balances quickly. Pause a card if lost. Transfer money between accounts in seconds. Even deposit checks easily. It's great.
I have been unable to view my balance or check my savings since opening an account with this bank. My experience so far has been very poor
Until the glitch that says "newer version available" everytime I open the app is fixed, this app will always suck.
I love my bank..... been banking with them since I was 16yrs old! I wouldn't change anything I'm glad that they are keeping up with the way banking is done!
Mobile banking is user friendly, easy to pay bills, transfer funds, review transactions. Very nice!

Could make deposits a bit easier to view. But overall a great app.
so much easier than having to long all the way into my acct every time. if you have an acct with extraco, I recommend.
Love it, I love instant access to my account to see my balance and the mobile deposit works great as long as you get it in early enough!!!

I run service if i had to go in all the time i would never get anything done it helps me monitor my account daily hourly what ever i need and if i need to talk to somebody they are there to help me solve any problems i have .its been a blessing thank you
An excellent bank and app, but I do wish It was able to transfer money from one bank to the others like USAA and Navy federal Credit union

Update available-No update found on Google store. Uninstalled and reinstalled still the same problem. It keeps sending me to Google play store for a newer version. Again... none found. This is every time I log in to the extraco bank app.
