Thank you for this app. I am near sighted and my eyesight is poor. My eyes are also dry most of the time. I'm going to routinely do the exercises in this app. I was amazed when I could see the stereo images! I could feel my eyes healing with that.

IN TRAININGS , SPECIFICALLY EYES MOVING, YOU SHOULD ADD THE OPTION TO CHANGE THE COLOR OF THE SMALL DOT TO RED AND BLUE. NOT GREEN ONLY. THIS WAY ONE MEASURES PHYSIOLOGICALLY THE VISUAL FIELDS. Ido not grasp why such a simple advise is not implemented. Just a small programming change v

Just started using but if makes any improvement, I will be estatic. I have worn glasses and since age 12, contacts all kinds especially bavk when they were NO fun, Lasix several years ago, tune up followed, and now at 60, back where I started with glasses. Any improvement will be greatly appreciated.

Application is interesting with different exercises, relaxation and stereo images (special thanks for that). I'm not sure if I understood correctly each exercise - for example in pattern-stimulation I'm not sure where should I look and what to do. Except for it application is super!

It shows white screen and crashes to main menu on relaxation technique 3. Other than that the exercises are pretty good but the Swinging Stand isn't described like Dr. Bates' swinging technique. Also palming should involve counting from 1 to 10 each breath over and over, and there should be a relaxation technique involving the black dot and also imagining a large vehicle going away. Good app anyway. I suggest reading Bates's book.

All this does is help more with tired or eye movement. This will not help restore ant vision to any sort of sight loss or problems. It does what it does very basically but some might find it helpful. I was hoping for an app that would help correct or atlest slightly improve retinal damage. I saw an app a few years back that pulsed dots and colours into your vision and it helped a little. This does not have that!
