After the first installation, I opened this app, and it rebooted my phone. I tried to open the app, manually reboot my phone and reinstall the app, but the same thing happened. A few months later, I reinstalled the app. Sometimes the app loads up, but other times it turns to a black screen and crashes.
Need to attempt opening at least 5 times, sometimes more, to get the app to load/run. C'mon!!
brightness keeps reducing and it wont let me put it back up.. very hard to see anything . please advise what to do. either then that run it runs ok.
Everytime i open the app the brightness goes very low to the point where i can't see the live stream ! please help !!!!!
There will be extended periods were I cant access my cameras remotely. This is extremely frustrating!
All the time getting offline and for set up need to call someone and pay for service ,not worth it not recommended it ,do not waste your money on this system and app
95% of the time i cant access my cameras from my phone. Wish i never went with these. But hey they already have my money so who cares right!
It has better features and easier to use than other apps that I used in the past with different brands.

Hello App developers, I like the Eyein Cloud. I gave a 4 star rating for your work to encourage to improve the app interface. As is its working. However in the recent days i wanted to capture the video and record it to a file, where i ran into some complications. Since my fat fingers could not goto the right time line to capture the video, the file size is too big. Hence i was wondering if you can enter a desire time range to capture the video and compress the file so it can be emailed. Can you also provide function to mirror cast to TV would be nice. Can you also make the app compatible to work on Windows environment? Thank you for taking my request into consideration.
