When you try to login, the app emails you a verification code. If you try to access that email on your mobile device, when you go back into the app it tries to enter a blank verification code and resend you a new one. It's a continuous loop of frustration. Unless you plan on accessing the app while also logged into a PC to access your email...stay away!

So wanted to give a good review but, alas, I cannot. Registered just fine. Got into app just fine. Got to ID cards just fine and this is where it stopped being "just fine". Wanted to go back to the "Home page"and it was blank. I had to log out of the app completely and log back in to get the "Home page" menu. That is very inconvenient. Two stars is all I can give.

Perhaps the most useless app I've encountered, as you can even log in to the app itself. There's no way to advance beyond the login screen, even with the correct credentials. Beyond frustrating and annoying. Seems rather self-serving to tell customers about your app only for them to find they can't even use it as suggested. If I could rate this a zero, I would, as it can't even accomplish it's most basic duties unfortunately.

Shortly after installing this app, I noticed ads popping up randomly no matter what application I was in; they appear to be "Facebook-audience" driven ads, and there was no way to turn them off. Some would not let me leave the screen for several seconds until the animation or video completed. They were reputable ads, but I do not wish to have ads hijack my phone when I'm in the middle of doing something else. I deleted the Eyemed app and the random ads stopped.

They need to tell you to confirm receipt of new card before account setup. I read many people had difficulty setting up the account so I called the number first to acknowledge receipt of my new cards. Then setup a new account with no spaces after end of email. When I pushed next it did stick like it was loading so I hit back at the top of the screen and continued again and then everything worked and registered correctly. I do not like that it does not list covered dependents.

The app used to work fine now it won't even open up. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and it still doesn't work. I even tried to go online to look at my account and that won't work either!!!! Update Still doesn't work you have to go online to see everything. You think they would fix this after almost a year

Works Great! Exactly as described. Everything is right at your fingertips. I had no issues registering my account. Easily able to view all my information. Navigation is simple. I'm not really sure what the other reviews complain about, seems to work very well so far. Will update as necessary though.

What's the point of having a Remember Me if you HAVE to have a verification email code sent to you. Then if you try to switch inbetween apps (eyemed and email), it closes you out and the code doesn't work (since it corresponds to the FIRST TIME you opened the app). Just rinse and repeat. Ease of access is a Zero.

There are numerous bugs in this app. depending how you navigate between screens, it's possible to lock all of the home screen buttons and to have you id info come up blank with a message saying the is no member info available. As a software engineer myself, these are errors that should've already been addressed through very basic testing. I recommend using google chrome and accessing via the website, even on mobile.

I cant even get out of the main screen where it shows a family? uninstalled more than 3 times to reinstall. very very frustrating as my employer goes through eyemed. I was thinking it would be more convenient to look and see who's in my network but it's just more of a headache at this point. very very disappointing..

Needs work...crashes on the Rx prescription tab...cannot save prescriptions for later use. One star is a generous rating for an app that barely works. I gave it two because I can at least access a few features, such as providers, and the discount plan. It's almost impossible to access the card without crashing.

It worked well until it did not. I forgot my password and resetted it, but the application still locked my account. I have resetted my password twice, but the application still do not allows me to go in. However, when the application was working, it worked well. I recommend the sofware engineers to fix this bug on this app. When a person resets the password on the website, the application does not register this resetting of the password and will stay maintain the account lock on the app.

TERRIBLE! If your going to have an app make it sure it actually is useful! I created my username and password and tried to login. You enter your information and it won't do anything. Would be great if it would actually work. don't water your time downloading this app until the developer takes the time too fix it.

You can never log in easy and if you are lucky enough to you can't click on anything. On any phone I have downloaded this app it never works , tried to log in today and it would just clear so I clicked as guest and it would go to my info anyway . Touch phone and you have to click on whatever u want a couple times to get to next screen .. if you are lucky . Terrible app , finally Uninstaller and said screw it

When I installed the app, I got a message to enter a verification code which took several hours to come to my email and when it finally arrived the network for the app was unavailable. I did this several times and it still didn't work. A total waste of my time! I'll just go through the website.

I had no problem registering my account or getting around the app. My only real issue with this is that the app seems to want to guide me to certain major providers because it will allow me to schedule appointments with some but not all of the listed providers.

This app proved to be useless. It worked fine for all of one day. After that my login was not recognized. When I tried to reset it, my user login 7was not available to use. I waisted a lot of time. Perhaps the developers need to fix the issues and advise users or take the app down altogether.

Creating an account is a pain, it doesn't let you scroll down to see what you're typing!! It won't accept email if there's a space at the end of it. I can't even sign in on the app because it said it sent an email to me, but I haven't received one since my registration email...

This app used to work just fine and now it's like it's glitched! At first it wouldn't take my login saying it was wrong, which it wasn't. So I re-registered and it acts like it takes then my login info disappears and I'm still on login. I don't know how you broke this app, but you did.

I'm already registered, so I don't need to create an account. Great. But you need your phone and a computer to then sign in. Everytime I enter my email and password they send a code to my email that I have to enter. I go get the code come back to the app and a new code gets sent making the one I have obsolete. This could go on forever. It's just eye insurance, not the nuclear codes.

Couldn't always scroll down to see what I was typing during registration, but I could click out of the text box to see. Otherwise works as advertised, displays benefits, coupons, etc.

I have tried to login to the app 6-8 times & it keeps telling me that the user name or password is incorrect try again. This seems to be a problem because all every post on the play store has the same issue.

useless. got all the way to verification code. Found the email, entered the code, got message that the code didn't match. sent email asking for help, no reply. Tried to uninstall and start over, told email was not available. Tried to log in with first email and password and nothing happened. VERY disappointed with this site!!!

Can confirm that the home screen locking and becoming unresponsive is a problem. Additionally, pressing the back button closes the app and requires you to log-in again instead of... going back....

Read allot if negatives on here about trouble logging in....I had no such issues. Logged right in with no problems. So....so far, so good. Will come back and update my rating/review once I've had a chance to use more of the app's features.

Registered and everything was fine. Tried to log in later and it kept flashing the sign..."Updating" and would never get past the sign in page. Save your frustration and don't use this app.

Even after making it past a poorly designed login page that requires you to use a different device to view the confirmation email since closing the app will force you to generate a new code when you reopen it, the app immediately crashes every time you try to view an ID card, which for me is the entire point of the app.

This app is complete trash. It won't let me sign in and at some points doesn't recognize me. I am able to sign in on my computer just fine but the app has an existential crisis whenever I open it. Garbage.

I can sign in online all day long but the app keeps telling me my login credentials are incorrect after typing them, copying and pasting them, etc. So I uninstalled and went back to accessing through my browser.

Would give zero stars if I could... Unable to log in, as the app just resets every time I enter my credentials (which are correct, because I was able to log in with my laptop).
