App is accurate for my water usage but it doesn't update for days so sometimes idk what my usage is ir if I were to have a leak. They need to make it update more often.

The app works great. I had a problem with error messages earlier today and posted a negative review (about perceived app stability). Within a few hours, someone from their team sent me an email with how to resolve the problem. (App's data and cache had to be cleared). The app works now fine again, and helps me check on water consumption.

Very useful app. Suggestions: provide interface with SSO to utility billing system, show the scheduled times reading occurs in settings (ex: 8 am, 2 pm, and 10 pm) per our utility's settings, provide additional alert settings so I can catch leaks sooner (ex. Notification if continuous flow for more than 8 hours). Our utility reads 2 or 3 times a day. Also provide 15 min interval for Android app similar to web interface.

Seems to be accurate and lets me know about leaks. It let me know when my meter quit transmiting, but took the city 3 months to correct the problem. They then had to average in my bills. Feel they charged me more even I alerted them when my usage dropped to zero.

part of modern technology, everything is on line today, just another way to see how your usage is going. alerts to keep you from paying a high water bill. beats the heck out of getting a high bill at the end of the month and not knowing anything about it. this even shows you the time you flushed a commode during the night.

Version 2.3.292 (812) updates the next day at 6 AM, leaving a window of 24 hours before You might realize that You have a leak. Would be nice to have 2 hour updates, and send text/ email alerts for leaks. Also, the settings for the leak alert are no longer available. I had it set for 1 gallon, as per the help text, ref: "we recommend setting a low threshold of no more than 1 to 5 gallons per hour." But it always has the green check mark, No leaks detected good job. I had a major leak yesterday.

I have had this app for several months and it has never shown any usage. Deleted and downloaded several times and it still never works. It works for lots of other customers within my utility but has never worked for me. Using on a Galaxy S9+ and Note 10+.

I created an account on my pc, signed in - no problem. I then installed the app from the Play store on my Galaxy s20+. Although it says it installed, it's not listed in my apps - BUT, I can open it from the Google Play screen. (??) When I try to sign in, it doesn't like my login/password. Getting a 401 error. So far only desktop version works. I've tried reinstalling, no luck. Any tips?

Don't forget your password. There is no way to recover it. Click the reset button and you get caught In a loop that sends you a link to reset, click link and it asks you to install the app based on your operating system, which you already have, then takes you to log in page. Click forgot password, guess where you end up. And no tech support offered from app

Login issue with new phone (Samsung S9); as with old phone, works on desktop but fails to recognize credentials on phone. Not sure why this app doesn't have settings that the user can access.

Sometimes we don't know when there's a water leak until it has done major damage to our mobile home, but this App is " Awsome " I ck it often an it has told us each time about the leaks, an how much water we use per week. Now I wish it could tell us where the leak was located each time that would be even more "Awesome" ! Thank you

Love that I can see what I actually use on a consistent basis. Would really like to be able to set alerts if I go over certain amount in a day. Could help me remember if I left the sprinkler on!

This is sooo easy to use and provides a wealth of information. I would like to see the water usage align with the billing cycle so i can get an almost exact amount used.

Not accurate at all!!! The day I downloaded app it showed my average daily usage was 90-100 gallons (I live on my own and I am usually gone from 445am - 5-6pm) The same day I downloaded my usage skyrocketed to 940 gallons a day! The next day was a little under 500 and the following day was 20. I've only had the app for 3 days as of today (4/24/21)and that's what it has been showing me.

Had a leak issue and turned my water off at noon then back on for about 5min close to 4pm on Wed 3/10/21 then on again at 8:46am to 9:22amThur morning 3/11/21. The app showed .06 and .09 usage around midnight on Thursday when I know for sure it was off!! ??? Very strange. Since then no usage any other times while off. Just thought you might find this interesting....

This app has greatly helped me to reduce my water consumption. It could be made better however by including watering days as they change at different times of the year.

After 3G water meter transmitter was swapped for newer technology the app stopped showing historical data. Someday an app update from Badger may fix the problem.

Ele. R. Jul 18, 2020

New to this app, and so fsr so good readings are accurate to the time of our consumption. It is great to have this visibility. Would have liked the app to have an alert system for when there are leaks or excessive consumption - maybe a thought for the next upgrade 😁

Jam. T. Mar 4, 2022

The app would never email a password reset. I finally found a supposedly help page, but nobody responded.

din. k. Apr 28, 2022

Doesn't work, any email I use, it says already registered. Not able to sign up. What a waste of time

Mid. Feb 19, 2021

Dont bother installing this app. I did and several times i entered my account number, even double checking, and it did not recognize my account number. I also double checked that i entered the correct zip code. I would give this app zero stars if i could.

Cyp. W. May 23, 2021

I received.an alert that there was a water leak, and states that it is continuous at 1.2 gallons per hour. The was was cut off over 2 hours ago and it's still registering a leak; impossible.

Dev. P. Apr 7, 2021

It is never up to date in Houston TX area. I looked at both the App and online, same issue. Never updates on time, lags 3-4 days at least.

Wil. A. Sep 27, 2019

Edited my review after establishing a connection. A very informative, easy to read app. I do see how this app. can be a benefit for homeowners. Working as advertised!

Eri. A. Mar 16, 2020

Like that I can see usage at so many levels. Though would be nice if the graphs were gradient showing scale of gallons.

Wil. H. Apr 2, 2019

This is a great idea, if it worked. I can see my usage data if I logon using my PC. Can't see squat with this app except my account number.

Nic. T. Dec 31, 2020

I have entered my correct credentials repeatedly and cannot sign up. App should work in my area. Tried to contact the developer and received no response. Don't waste your time 😔

I wish to see the more than one water account accessible from the app. I am a landlord Good idea for the LEAKS, but I do not se the information from today (Tuscola, IL) so I need to wait 24hs to see the leak - not effective. Overall Great job
