They keep dropping wifi signal. I have to reset everything for them to reconnect. Which in turn messes up everything else on wifi. Used to be good

All of the pictures and reviews are gone but the questions remain? Something isn't right. These camera used to let you sent areas by selecting boxes, if something would move it would notify you but they took that away. Additionally, these cameras are supposedly 1080p but the app clearly says 720p only, what is up with that? The camera used to record motion when it was set to my SDcard, now it does nothing and the app just got an update. What is going on? These cameras are too expensive to be downgraded and I purchased 3!

App stinks, up until a few weeks ago the app was perfect, live 24 hour streaming. Now you have to click or tap after about 30 minutes to get it to play. I wrote the app owners to report the problem, there response was it was always like that. I know for a fact it was not, I had this app for over a year now and except one other time, which they did fix the problem now there words it has never been live stream. By reading some of the reviews it seems that most would agree, they need to fix it.

one of the best things I've bought. totally puts my mind at rest being able to see the house and dogs whilst we're out. brilliant camera. can still see everything in pitch black night mode. can call the dogs if they're doing something they shouldn't be too. I'm sure there are more fancy ones but this does the job for a brilliant price. I have two cameras on one account so can watch two at the same time. zoom is good, great wide angle. only annoying thing since update is that camera times out!

When I bought the camera, app was connecting immediately and with the cloud service active could see at the same time both what is cloud recorded (orange timeline) and what is SD(gray timeline). Then the "upgrades" came : First it couldn't be seen both the cloud and SD. It was either /or. Now unless the camera is restarted, each day or two, SD card records cannot be seen. I have two cameras, accessed from two different phones and have the same issues so please don't tell me it is the hardware or the phine! I am thinking of stopping the cloud service and selling them for a fiver....

This app use to give a live continuous feed so while we're sleep, we can hear if our baby is crying or awake. Now after an app update, we have to constantly press play after a certain time frame constantly? Especially at night? This app is no longer safe for babies 5 months and older because of that change. It can be good for watching pets or a child's taking a nap during the day, but if you're a parent and want to have a peace of mind at night, I recommend using something else than this.

This camera started of with good intentions,situated in my shed it proved to be a good security device, I had to turn off motion and sound sensors as I was getting bombarded with notifications every other minute, a few weeks past and found I was having to reboot all the time for the night vision to kick in during dark hours, shortly after that it wasn't connecting to wifi so I couldn't view what it was I bought it for initially, I've moved my broadband box closer now five times,losing distance

Highly recommend. Audio and Motion detection. Night vision. Alarm. Change camera direction remotely. Live view with audio and microphone. Video capture. Data backup reasonably priced. I'm not tech savvy, this was a simple setup with smartphone.

The app is great when it works. But it's slow and it seems to lose the device (camera) regularly. Also, sometimes it just won't update the live stream. But overall, it's easy to use and gives high quality videos.

The only problem I have this app is that it keeps pushing me to subscribe to a cloud storage system at $70 a year. All I want to do is to save the video to the SD card that is in the camera but now lately it just seems to constantly push to do a subscription to a cloud-based storage system.

whereas the device in its basic purpose works well, if you age using a memory card it's subpar. you cannot view your video through the software. it's designed only to view the cloud storage that you have to buy.

I reset my router because I have a new modem and now, I can't connect to eyeplus no matter what. I did noticed the connecting process is different from before. It took longer and waste a lot of time esp when it wouldn't connect!!!!!

I paid $9.99 for 15 days of continuous storage on 06/09/2020 but then decided to get the 30 days continuous storage and paid another $19.95 on 06/27/2020. It indicates I have video back to June 12th 2020 but it will not let me go back that far even though I paid for it. I've sent emails to the developer about my problem(they only give u 140 characters in email to describe the problem) but have got no response. This is why I only gave 1 star. If they fix my problem soon, I will update my review.

constant pop-ups with discounts while I already am a paying customer, no easy way to disable automatic renewal! And pushing updates outside of play-store. Used to be good, but these recent annoyances make me not to renew the subscription!

one of the more expensive cloud storage at $5 per mouth . when others which provides the same service are just $12 per year ! . for that not sure I would recommend also on opening app very annoying adverts trying to get users to sign up to the very expensive cloud service . Have of 26 Nov 2019 unsubscribed as price is now $6 per month way too expensive and not that good

Privacy is a concern - first of all the company tries at all cost to get you to subscribe to their cloud service, now they are annoyingly trying to get you to update outside of Google services and to top it off the videos are created in a proprietary format which cannot be downloaded and seen on other video applications. I do not trust the application. Looking for something else I feel safe with to handle my needs.

It us a very quirky system. In order to connect the cam to the app, you may have to do it over and over and over... (see where I am going with this?). With that said, I have them so I use them and mostly they are fine, as long as you don't move them around alot. You do not have to get the cloud service, if you insert a memory card.

Pretty legit app for being free!! No stupid ads is the best!! Only thing is it sometimes freezes up and then any movements to the camera will come in later when you're off the app but aside from that I'd recommend it!!

Well the internet setting it was a little difficult for me, the best way to set it right is connect everything on a tablet and then set out side were it will go after that it works very good, as long as one have a good wifi signal you can see you home from any were I guess USA.
