I've tried several apps for eyes. This one is my #1 for structured exercises. You don't have to do any counting or wonder where you are at in the exercises. Keep up the good work and add more exercises. Thank you!
Pros: I could feel my (left) eye discharging tension as I did the exercises. I didn't realize how much stress my left eye had been holding. Definitely a very helpful app. Cons: I would like to see a note at the end of the exercise encouraging the continuation of the exercises by expanding the range of motion. I. E., repeat the exercises using the corners of a book or room, and not just the corners of the phone.
Normally I'm not one to rate an app so quickly, but I tried this app right after a full-body workout tonight. As per my usual, I had a weird headache/nausea mix after the workout, but by the time I finished this app's workout, it was all gone. Maybe it's a fluke, but nothing I've done has ever made it disapate so fast and completely so whatever the correlation is, I'll take it. Aside from that, this seems like a streamlined, clear app.
The exercises gradually build eye muscle strength and coordination to deliver an overall improvement. Unfortunately the exercises are repetitive and the app crashes when accessing the data tab. The app doesn't collect data nor is there a test to see if there are any improvement. Great for beginners then move on.
I could never commit to the eye exercise tips on YouTube. I went through this app's exercises and then walked into a shopping centre here. The whole experience was eye opening. Normally my vision is always blurred. While going into the shops, buying face masks, returning to my car, I had clear vision. Normally faces are blurred. Not this time. I could even see faces in cars, except those with dark tinted windowscreens. I couldn't see the 3D image in the app. Maybe one day I will.
I used this app for the first time. I will watch for improvements to my eye blinking and dry eye condition.
Really like this up. Maybe it could have double vibration option when switching from up/down to left/right, or make them a seperate exercise, so I can close my eyes for better results. If it had more options, like choosing the exercise I would definitely pay money for it.
The exercises are pretty fast for my eyes too keep up, I unconsciously move my head while looking up, down or diagonal. There's no mention of whether I am allowed to do it not. There's no mention of how a particular exercise will help me either. I will stick around more since I want to curb my eye problems
Exercises are easy to perform and it takes no time at all. Guidance and instructions could improve though. I had to use it twice to get few points correctly as I could not figure out what to do.
Surprisingly it works and works like a charm. Whole Idea is that your eye muscles when suffering myopia gets stiffed and it takes time for you to focus but this train those muscles and give you the most out of your current eye sight. I just like that this is simple app and free. I would recommend to pay and support the developer.
Very interactive and thorough eye and speed reading improvement app. It has detailed eye movement strength conditioning exercises, which involves locking onto a moving object (a properly dashing eye that does the while jest of directions) and resting in between.
Used it for the first time tonight and i never realised how tight the muscles around my eye were. It felt like the muscles were being stretched, especially with the eye circles. Instant relief for a software testers eyes, great stuff
Great app for eyes exercise! Recovery of eyesight is not sure but it is very beneficial for relaxation mode and make you to get beautiful sleep mood at the end of the session of the app! Great aap I feel very relaxed during the app session. Lovely!
I have only used this 2 x's so far and my eyes get tired while completing the exercises. I feel like this will help strengthen my eyes which is my goal. It also has a reminder that allows you to set the day and time.
I really like this this reminds me of the Bates method a little bit that I used to go through when I was a child I only ask one recommendation update and that is to do one at a time cuz one of my eyes is stronger than the other so that's the only update I have for you is to come up with one where you can do one eye at a time I love it or set this one to where you can set it for one eye at a time
thank you so much for your Eyes recovery workout. I just did my 1st workout. I am very nearsighted. I can see close, but everything beyond my arms reach is blurry. I have a pair of glasses but i really want to do anything to improve mt eyesight. ive had glasses dince i was 12 and now 40 yrs later I can add dry eyes and macular Degeneration. the exercise to see rhe 3D image: im not sure if I saw what i was suppose to see. can you tell us after the workout what the image was? thank you!
I really like this app. Even after completing first eye exercises duration, I could feel my eyes better than before. However, the app needs some improvement. I would love to use the upgraded version of this app. Please upgrade soon.
Simple excersises, squinting eyes-opening eyes, blinking, moving diagonally. Of course there ad's popping. You get reminder to repeat exercises in 24h. Wasn't able to read after says now take of your glasses lol... Hopefully in few weeks vision will improve :)
Its simple and effective and does not have as many ads as the others tend to have. It even gives you reminders about the next exercise. Its the best app I've seen for eyesight improvement
Simple and effective, does what the app says and I highly recommend to do these workout daily if you are in front of screens often (PC/Mobile/TV) since it helps to relieve eye strain!
This app is a good beginner app for eye exercises. It does not work on focusing issues. But to start learning how to exercise your eyes definitely is a good beginner app I like it.
This awesome app helps me to manage a headache (actually, better than doctors)! I do exercises 5 times a day (usually after 30 minutes of computer) and it really works! Thank you so much!!!
I only review a few apps But this one was worth it. I just wish that it would a few other advices about eye health,that would improve awareness of what we do, but I can't take away the great idea, job and the small size of the app.it is great job by the developer of the app.
I just downloaded the app and was glad to see how easy it was to use with the guided instructions. So far it's exactly what I hoped it would be from doing research to learn about improving my eyes. Thanks for developing this app!
If really does work! I was recently in a near-fatal head-on car collision and obviously suffered trauma to my eyes, and when I complete these exercises feel my eyes/vision is MUCH better
Just used it once but I'm liking it. I think the music on the blink exercise is a bit too agitated, too rushed, would have preferred normal beeping sound
I love this exercise and the way it vibrates so you know to keep going or go to next eye exercise without staring at screen very easy just started using it today so not sure yet if it does anything but very nicely designed app
A year ago, my right eye's power was -12. But after doing these exercises daily for three months ( Along with taking medicine, using eyedrop and less use of mobile and computers), my right eye's power decreased to -8. I would like to recommend this app to everyone who are tired of wearing their glasses and want to improve their eyesight also the app is very easy to use. This is the best app for eye exercise.
