Bank apps aren't allowed to read my phone contacts, It's just unacceptable by me. Also, after I updated to latest version, the app froze my phone twice & I had to reboot my phone each time. Its an insult to my Intelligence to have an app with bug installed in my phone, I mean what I this, A kindergarten playground? Anyways, remind me again when I can send money from the app withou having to grant access to my contacts list, And probably when every other bug is fixed Until then, UNINSTALLED

For 3 days now, i havent been able to send money out of my account. Please i need urgent help with that. I have updated to the latest version of the app, and am still getting the same error( its not you its us, give us some time to rectify). Please its 3 days now. Except this problem, the app is wonderful.

At first l luv this app but not until I was debited from there own mistake I transfer money to a beneficiary thy credited the beneficiary's account and credit my account back and I don't kn I hard to re-send it again And the money left my account...today thy are telling me to pay back #100000 for there mistake can't them contact the beneficiary's bank (UBA) I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS EYOWO APP.

Just started using the app and I'm loving it so far. Amazing user interface, quick reliable and awesome support. I asked a question on the app telecom support and I got answered in less than a minute, I'm so impressed. Great app, kudos to you guys.

This app is a scam app after I transferred money to it they deactivate my account for no reason I contact support they didn't respond, beware of this app it's scam

This is scam, after I transferred to my account you people deactivated my account without notification. I sent an email no response. Please activate my account let me withdrawal my money. Chipper cash is the best.

Regret using the app after many attempts to activate it since almost a week and the customer care don't care after series of chat ... The app is FAKE

My experience started out well, but I ran into a problem trying to delete a dollar card and realized how poor customer support is. It's been nearly a month, the problem hasn't been resolved and I have no access to the funds in my card. I receive no updates from customer support, I'm only told to be patient. Whenever I ask about the status of my ticket, the question is evaded. I don't recommend using this service. Kuda and Barter provide similar products with better customer support.

This app sucks, worst I have ever seen, it keeps rejecting my NIN telling me invalid, what a rubbish app, waste of time and data

This app is superb. I have been using it for over a year and my saving experience grows better each day. All transaction are also quick and very smooth.... Customer service is topnotch. I love the new change in the App. I recommend Eyowo to my friends and family.

Used to love this app, but my recent experiences with dollar cards and funds have been frustrating. I still recommend for anyone looking for a simple digital bank, move money here and there.

I hate this app and also their services, I forgot my pin and there is no way to recover the password with this I can't login to my eyowo account. I was given a number to call from their Facebook and when I dial it immediately after selecting language it hungs up wasting my airtime and not been able to talk to them. You guys better make amends and give us a better way to recover our password since we have our numbers with is to confirm. I'll give star when my password is recovered.

So i decided to put money in my eyowo account they debited me only for me to check my eyowo account to find nothing there please i don't understand what's going on here.. Problem fixed 😍

Before update the transaction is fast now it slow it take up 24hour before the person you send my money to can see it

This app is so prausterated yesterday and today i encounter many problem with this wich make it effected my business i have several losses of profit as a result of plartfoam failure

Everybody should be aware of this app, they refuse to send out funds claiming is maintenance, Company is running out of fund and can close anytime ✔️

I try to cash out. But unfortunately, I didn't get any token to proceed on cashing out. I've been facing the difficulties on trying to cash out with giving any link or token to process and complete the transaction. please anyone to help, I need a guide to cancel the transaction completely. I want to cancel the cash out I made. Pls help me out to know what to do asap!!!

Your app was used to debit my fiance of 32,300 today. and he has never used eyowo before, not even heard of eyowo. We have tried calling your lines, both the one you have on your website and the on your app but the call keeps ending without anyone picking up. You need to do something about this because this is fraud that have allowed on your platform. If he is not contact and refund is made today, he has sent a mail to your support contact, drastic measures will be taken.

Everything about this banking app is top-notch and excellent. I haven't regret using the Eyowo for saving and carry out other financial transactions. I recommend them to everybody and I promise you won't regret it

Please, work on the app for us. When ever I try to used it to send money to people's bank account after input of account number and bank name, it will not find the name details of the receiver for confirmation before completing the transaction. Respond I got is it cant find the account now that I should try again

You guys just made my day..........been having issues, but this app just solve them....thanks a lot for that, the dollar card is good man.......but am having little issues with the dollar card when I used it for the first time it works fine, but the second time is saying payment declined.....please rectify the problem......but anyway am giving 5 stars......best app am using so far

I transferred money into my GTB current and savings account in order to meet up direct debit repayments. The money wouldn't reflect in my 2 accounts and they are now giving me excuses. If this transaction causes me any bad ratings from my creditors, I won't take it lightly. I'm waiting!
