EZ-ELD Driver App (Free)

Have received multiple violations because the app has kept me in Driving even when my vehicle is off. What's the point of having it plugged in if it doesn't detect that I'm no longer driving. Also logs me out while I'm driving. So having to pull over to log back in is very annoying. It's a great concept but needs a lot of work.

If I had the option I would put the module under my tires and run it over, this app is garbage. I have a Galaxy note 9 and it is still very laggy, Crashes before I even get to put it in ODND so I can do my PT, if you have to use this app get into the habit of waking up extra early. if you drive at night I pray for your retinas when it malfunctions going down the road and asks if your still driving due to it losing connection.

Can't add a driver incompatible with android 12.

App is pure garbage. Multiple attempts just to connect to truck and thats even IF it will connect! Doesn't detect stopping so auto logs driving indefinitely which is a serious pain in the azz cus you cant go back and change drive time.

Worst App and E log ever, could never get the bluetooth to pair and customer service is some call center in India. 190.00 for device (non refundable) and 15.00 a month subscription. Canceled subscription and got KeepTruckin..240.00 for whole year that includes complete device setup. Keeptruckin best way to go, user friendly, excellent customer support, can be used on any device...lovin it.

I like it better than keep trucking because you can see your fuel economy and other stats. I would give it a five star but the design is stupid. One big circle it's fine, but the 3 smaller ones the label you can only see part of a letter. Makes no sense.

Total trash. I honestly believe this app does everything it can to get a driver a log violation. App always stops, is impossible to log into at times. Truly shameful. UPDATE... Well EZ-ELD cost me a load again. Did the 8/2 split which the eld recognized in the past but didn't this time. Thanks EZ-ELD.

It does not work right, turns itself while driving, goes in to on duty not while driving, it she's on the screen that you are ready to work you do pre trip insp and when you start to drive it takes your hours back and shows you started work before you had time available. But the screen shows you hours 8 driving hours, 14 hours to work and x amount of hours left on the 70 hour period. It's a mess from day 1. We call and call and they walk me through the process it work for a day and back again. I want it fixed I have wasted enough time already and I am upset.

status change automatically ,it give me big trouble. do not let cell phones, tablet remember the username passcode, everytime have to login ,stupid device. i make a mistake on log,but do not let me adjust it ,ido not want to lie,but mistake will happen not only me but also your divice,I forget change stute when park,after 4 hr the divice still show dtiving,it is suppose to show on duty.your man do not speak good English . . it doesn't help me ,but make lots trouble

The app gives all the information I need throughout my day. I would have given a higher rating if it also displayed in a landscape format. It would be a lot more convenient.

Great device, customer service may be required to get up and running because directions aren't quite concise, but patience pays off with a smooth operating accurate device. Never has placed me in drive on on-duty randomly, fully satisfied. Will buy again and recommend.

One big piece of junk! Customer service/support is totally atrocious! Malfunction error detail? Code S. These bozos don't know how to fix the issue.. same Old scripts... uninstall/reinstall. avoid this service at all cost!!! 2.2 rating! I see why NOW!!!

A countdown clock would be nice for the sleeper berth and the 30 min break . And also screen rotation would nice.

JUNK! Worked one day. haven't been able to get it to work since. waiting for the new ones to come in, but don't know which one the boss is getting this time. 11 drivers is all we have. only three seem to work. mine isn't one of them

App stopped switching to on duty when I shut off engine. I have to manually switch over and when I forget the app eats up my drive line!!

Constantly crashing, I have tried to login multiple times , do an update even uninstall but nothing seems to help.

So far this system looks good. I just switched over from ZED since they closed down and the support has been fine.

If you are not connected to the web, you can't log in to start your day. This bright white app interface is bad news at night time.

Still haven't received 9/29/20 HOS UPDATE APP....Updates listed is 2019 & 2018....Not available on Google Play Store....Pls send me a email so I can too take advantage of the new HOS regs

this is a really bad device every time you stop and go u have to log in again some time not even want to connect.and after 4 months my device stop working

it's shyt dont get it. I tried connecting the adapter for 1hr , no luck. called costumer support and no answer. left a message, they have not called back. save your money

Will someone please start a class action lawsuit against them, the app freezes puts driver's out of compliance, tech support eventually stops replying, subscription non refundable

very bad been trying to get it to work for 2.5 months only working for 2days and and more headaches again how can you be in business for so long and have this much problems
