I have had a couple hiccups with this program, but nothing that led to anything more than an inconvenience. And definitely nothing that made me wish I had spent 3 times as much for the other inspection software products out there. The app is customizable, user-friendly, and produces professional reports. Can't be beat considering its price point!
Taking the program with me on an inspection and being able to work off line is a large asset and does improve the time for data input. I use a tablet so I can type faster; however, I find the tablet cumbersome, and it's difficult to see what picture I am taking while outside. The desktop software allowed me to write a caption under a picture, can not figure out how to do this with the web app (human error)? Thanks Jim
Great & easy to use software. Professional looking reports that can be modified for your specific needs. Tech support does an outstanding job with customer service/support. Saves me time at the end of the day so, I can spend more of my valuable time with my family. Definitly should check out this software before looking someplace else.
Have used the app for a few months, previously used desktop version. Works well and saves time. Does add several pages to the report due to blank space on pages but not getting any negative feedback from clients. Have not compared to other software. Works as advertised.
My first requirement for report writing software was that it had to be easy to use without a lot of unnecessary features. The second thing I wanted was the ability to edit it so I could create the reports I want to deliver to my clients. The third thing is I didn't want to over pay. EZ was what I was looking for. Very happy keep up the good work!
This software was easy to set up and my clients love my reports. The support team at ez is also great, if ever I had a question they were quick to respond. I also got my website designed by the ex team and I get nothing but great reviews for how professional my website looks. I highly recommend this product to anyone in the home inspection field.
Recently looked into my specific Android, Pixel. It is still not providing me with the ability to pinpoint symbols. However, I am thrilled to take a picture and drop it into the section that I desire. I have further testing to conduct, but confident that this mobile app will shave several hours off the completion of my Report. Dale
The software worked very well for me. Rusty even gave me some technical advice on how to make my own reports for different applications. Thanks! If I had to add a suggestion, I would like to see a larger library for narratives pre-loaded.
EZ Home Inspection has saved me a ton of time writing reports. I am able to complete the entire report on site and for a reasonable price. I have called for support a few times and have been greeted each time with fast courteous service - even on weekends! They continue to enhance the product improving my productivity in the process. Create templates and insert language where you want it, good format that can be customized on the go. It has the bones to compete with any other inspection system out here!
EZ Home Inspection Sofware is very user friendly. I finish my reports with ease and don't have to spend hours working on details before I can submit it to the client. It's awesome!
This software is very easy to learn. And makes very proffessional looking and easy to read reports. Very happy with this purchase.

HUGELY OVERPRICED Review Update: I never got past the pricing so no, I didnt trial it Affordability is relative and as a startup, your platform is simply not affordable. $20 per month is ok, BUT What REALLY angered me was the $400 "setup cost" Come on now...... No I will not retract my feedback - its purpose is self evident. To retract it would defeat the object and frankly, you ought to review your pricing model, maybe then 1 negative review would not hurt you quite so much
Have used it for 10 inspections. Fantastic software and app. Major time savor. Reports are professional and setting up template/adding coments is a breeze.

Super easy to use, the learning curve is almost non existent, I was up and running within an hour.

Like most programs such as this it has bugs and issues. If I were to rate just the software itself I would give it 4 stars - there are other features that could improve it. I bump it up a star because of the sort from the development team. Not only are they are very responsive to reported issues and concerns, they work to correct the bugs. I have recieved not just email responses, but phone calls to discuss problems. They worked quickly to make suggestions and improve the software. 5 stars!
