You can even add arrows and comments on the photos, and have photos automatically labeled for each room or area, with geo location and date/time information

I constantly have syncing issues with this app. It will say my jobs are downloading then I'm missing half of my orders. Try to go in and sync and it does it over again. I force stop it and it does nothing to help. Im now having to uninstall and reinstall it to see if that'll work. This makes it very hard to do my job! Whatever you did to it please put it back it worked fine before!
Update is terrible. Camera is very slow! Everything was fine before the update. Downloads all inspections when I scroll up looking for a particular inspection making it harder and more time consuming to find the inspection in my route. Also, it goes back to the top of the inspection list after completing an inspection so you have to scroll down to find the next inspection.
I can't write a bid or estimate then take corresponding photos, place a dollar amount from app. and only need the desktop version to double check that everything carried over. Hell it doesn't even auto sync to the desktop you need to manually sync. So in an emergency situation you waste a ton of time. nothing like going back to the early 20's
Does not deserve one star. Glitches make this software cumbersome and simple steps and tasks are slow and full of redundant irrelevant questions. The forms are organized by clients and they are never logical or efficient. For example vacant land, and then 60 questions about a house that is not there. Makes ZERO sense. Not a tool for productivity, a tool that wastes time and makes an easy process, completely NOT EASY. PLEASE, change the name to NotEZ.
The company I work for uses this app, wish we didn't. The notes I put in the app NEVER sync over to the desktop version. I spend an extra hour and a half a week redoing notes and refilling out forms because of this app.
Absolutely worthless... If you can even get it to work, it's slow and buggy. Reinstalled and got same results.
when it works it good, but not when the pics i take do not stay associated with the job they were taken with. Now I have to go to the laptop, hook up phone and sort thru all the pics to ensure i have the correct ones with the correct jobs.
Horrible app, assigns jobs to incorrect team members, displays jobs even after completion. Would not recommend to anyone running a business.
App not even functional after updates. Asks for photo labels but has no labels to choose from. Can not upload. Absolute trash.
Great app, easy to use. Love the arrows on picture feature to highlight damages. Report Issue button is very helpful to alert urgent damage back to office.
This app is horrible! It is constantly having issues that I don't experience in similar apps such as inspectorade.
new app is awful adds hours on to my day call the help desk and it's like watching paint dry they dont really care THERE IS NOTHING EASY WITH EZ.
Everytime you update the app it gets WORSE...this is terrible and inconvenient this app makes you work way harder then my salary...
Randomly have trouble syncing photos. Loss of time =loss of money.
The camera is blurry. I CAN'T SYNC OVER 10 JOBS AT A TIME .. I HAVE TO USE MY LAPTOP TO COMPLETE MY ORDERS
New app is horrible it drains the phones battery even when it is in standby mode

I can't sync my app & my computer. I can only do the report on the computer. The photos won't sync to website. I'm using android on a Galaxy 8. I have reinstalled app twice without any improvement. Very frustrated! Thanks for your reply however, it's been over 2 years since I have tried using your app. I've moved on.
