Received the email from you that I could activate the Auto top-up service using my android smartphone via the EZ-Link app but I was unable to so. Surely, in this case, this App is not working as it is supposed to be. The notification should not have given me two ways to activate it, so I still have to go down to the TransitLink office. The second option is untrue.

I have been using this app for sometime. It works well for my card top up but not for express top up. I faced an issue for express top up, sent a few emails ,hoping that someone will look into it,but it's has been two months and I still do not hear from them. Very disappointing.

Do not display the transaction information properly. I took 2 different bus today, and the app only shows 1 bus transaction without the bus service number info. The deduction of fare were confusing. The app should improve by displaying how much the deduction only and not confused us by adding some unknown fares to reimburse. The app cannot be seen as the latest balance accurately.

This upgraded sys is just very very bad user experience. When I tap entry at MRT station or board bus, the device doesn't display card value like before. So you will never know you card value balance until you are refused entry at the station or bus. You top up, it immediately refund me, only on 2nd top-up then only the value get loaded. The Pay By Wallet is not usable at all. I tried 2 phones. Both immediately hang after click into Pay By Wallet page, and need to force restart by click combination buttons on phone as the phone completely freeze. I can't even have the chance to see the master card number to use it. Please improve.

Bugs... I've forgotten my passwords, but when I've entered my phone number and email correctly for recovery, it shows details wrongly entered. So there's no way for me to log in. Workfare Concession Card cannot be add in also. So it's useless for me.

Hi, I think an update is necessary for your apps as they are not updating the amount we have using our credit card top up.. So when it was deducted in our credit card, but your apps still showing the old amount.. This had been happening 2 time whenever there is a transaction for credit card. Could you update or do something as we might end up charging double or triple time when we see no amount is being paid. My colleague also say the same issue and was bill double. Thank you

Not recharging! I have 2 cards. One gets recharged instantly damn instantly, while the other never gets recharged. I tried for the whole 15 mins by placing the card in various positions, but cannot. Guys, I love ezlink app, but this is extremely annoying. I can even provide you my cards for your debugging or fixing or whatsoever, but just fix it for God's sake.

Have problem detecting latest ezlink touchngo combi card. Cannot detect card. :( Duh? Pay by Wallet causes the phone to hang, had to force shut down the phone to recover. When asking for PIN number, no keyboard display how to key in? Home and back buttons all cannot use after that, the whole phone hang, had to force shutdown the phone. Seriously ...

First time using to top up my ezlink card, had problem authenticating my credit cards. Tried two cards & it failed to proceed & save. The OTP page also remains blank! Last attempt with Visa, suddenly all tested cards appeared saved! But the $0.50 hold fees got thru' 4 times.

What is the point of this app? Only the top up function is good but this is expected.Can top up thru other channels. The points just drags you into a whirlpool of spending. The only voucher that can be used for the card has a limit to claim. The transactions can only be viewed. Would be useful if transactions are able to be filtered into individual categories and printed. And the "Free" Insurance is just a bait for you to give up your private details to an insurance company.

Used to be able to topup with a breeze but ever since the new update, my NFC detection has been failing for so many times. Couldn't detect my card. Tried topping up by PahLah also kept getting error message at ur end. I give up.

Been using this app for months to topup on the go, and it was really good! But for some reason today, tried topping up multiple times but the payment wouldn't go through and my ez link balance wouldn't increase :/ Kindly fix this issue please. It'd save me the hassle of going to mrt/inter just to top up after work/when I don't have time. Thank you!

Attempted to top-up student concession card. Transaction not smooth. 1) Difficulty in detecting the card. 2) The transaction was disconnected after paylah payment. Was not redirected to the top-up page. 3) Tried logout, clear cache and data of the app, but still unable to proceed. Need to reinstall the app. 4) As payment is already made, the app set certain timeframe to complete the transaction. Need to tap the card again, to complete the top-up and balance update.

After doing the express top-up, my card value was reflected correctly. But then the reader on the bus gave an error when I tapped, so now it seems my card is unusable and I need to bring it to a service counter at an MRT station anyway. Garbage app.

I place an EZ Link card at the back of my phone to check the balance. It says "Invalid Card! Please scan using a Valid Nets Flashpay card". OMG, this is an EZ Link app to begin with and is not a Nets app. It seems I'm unable to use the app to do a top up anymore. Please fix the issue.

It is a very convenient app but only till recently when i tried topping up my card with the Paylah option (which i have been using for a few months now) all transactions went through but some of the values i topped up are not reflected in the card balance. Topping up with credit/debit card has no issues. Please fix the paylah issue.

I have never registered an account with this app yet it kept insisting that my mobile has been registered before. Even when i tried to reset my password, the error message of keying wrong info kept coming out. So frustrating!!!!! Btw, as for today (31/3/22) the above remains the same (written many months ago) and i am seeing a lot of poor reviews but no improvement.

Until 2 weeks back It was working well for card top up function. But now after update this app cannot top up my ezlink cards anymore. It keeps showing same error "Updating balance" "Tap and hold EZ link card near NFC antenna " what nonsense. I have got $26 locked in this app which is unusable. This is glorified authorized robery in Singapore. Absolutely unethical of organisations handling this app.

Easy setup. Then have Recurrence payment of $50. Riding a bike and suddenly got these payments transaction. Call to enquiry but got the calls ended. Tried few times still same. Send message and wait, see they reply or not.

Lousy app. Simple basic function like updating balance takes forever. Updated balance always shows the wrong amount even after few days later. Lousy app with no improvement to basic simple function....

My Handphone will hang and black out everytime when I tap in to ezlink wallet. The ezlink wallet is totally unusable. It is ok when I just top up my ezlink and check the balance. Other than that,I will not open the ezlink wallet in case my phone hang. Please rectify this issue.

I don't think feedbacks are being looked into, that's how poor the app's design is. I lost my card before and had it blocked thru the app, and had received refunds, but the card cannot be removed from my app. This was months ago. Emailed them but they took a long time to reply and gave a half-assed answer. Hate it.

top up issue. money deduct from bank but no top up to my ezlink card. Did to email and call to the customer service hotline few times, but no respond at all!

After activated pay by wallet, when go to the Pay by Wallet page. EZ-Link app hangs and phone screen freezes. Have to restart phone. It is a big bug, please fix it.

DO NOT USE THE DIGITAL WALLET. negative stars if I can. The digital wallet crashes my entire phone every single time I open it, so it's entirely useless. "CoNNecT tO SinGPaSs"... OK.... so all you want is information? And not let me use the service?

I had no problem using this app to top up my ezlink. But it has been 2 months that i have been unable to do so even after i uninstalled and installed it again. It has been a great inconvenience to me. Please do fix whatever bugs or upgrade it as soon as possible. Quite disappointing

Two weeks ago, it was working fine and I could top up my card now it doesn't seem to be able to to up. It reads the card and says updating only to have it to say tap card to update again. Tried this in both express and saved cards same issue. I even reinstalled the app still same problem. Please do something about this, its ridiculous Running android 12 Samsung note 10+ One ui 4
