EZ Noise - Sound level meter with alarm

With the EZ Noise application, you can turn your smartphone into a noise analyzer. The application in real-time mode shows the sound pressure level in units of dB (dB). Based on the measurement statistics, EZ Noise generates a graph of the ambient noise level. The accuracy depends on the type of device used. For a more accurate measurement, it is necessary to perform calibration based on the values of the reference instrument. The application contains a table of approximate noise sources, which gives an idea of the average loudness of the sound. You can also set up a notification that triggers at a certain signal level.

I set alarm but nothing happens... I subscribed specifically for the alarm and the alarm doesn't work. Waste of money.

There's a $1/week fee to use the alarm feature, which is the only reason I considered this app over the many other free options. Come on... A few bucks to permanently unlock this is fair. This pricing is just stupid.

Wouldn't make the alert phone call using Google Voice (wifi). No way to record a custom alert message to play during phone call. Need to add ability to send email alerts.

Does not work as advertised. The alarm does not trip even if the setting is set to 10 dB.

It was almost everything I wanted. .I wish I could trigger a specific sound track rather than the coded alarm trigger. Wish I could find the off switch. Doesn't seem to have one.

Did ok. Couldn't change the alarm sound. And despite exiting the app, it continued to run in the background.
