I dont find it easy at all and the newer app is worse than the original. Always seems like I'm denied and must prove my purchase even though clearly the charge is a doctors. Awful. I see a lot of 1 star reviews saying same. I dont think their rating is correct for this app. Trust me...it's a pain to try to get your money. 50% of the my submittals always need something extra to process. Lucky im retired and have time on my hands.
This app is worthless. They just deny receipts with no reason. The card doesn't even work in stores anymore. This entire system is a sham that I can't get my money back out of. I'd rather just pay taxes then deal with them.
Very difficult to upload multiple pages. Refuse claims even when had all the stated item that are needed for a claim. Basically have to call and have the look at each submitted receipt and invoice to show them that it already has the requested info.
The App is for WageWorks. I need this for my work FSA Card. It is very easy to use and very user friendly. I'm so glad I don't have to worry about finding a fax machine to send my receipts like I used to.
I find the app to be really easy.. going through the computer vs the phone is total horses£πt.. The app is very easy.
Very simple to use! Easy just to take a picture and submit your claim! Money in the bank writing the week if not sooner!
Terrible experience. Is a pita to use. I would avoid this completely but I save a too much in taxes. The service is not user friendly at all. Easy once you figure it out but overall just a huge pita
Easy to use interface, mobile integration, with timely notifications on claim process.
There's no way to leave a comment when submitting a claim. Sometimes we need to leave a detailed message because whoever reviews the claims misses small details. I purchased 2 identical items on 2 separate orders. One claim was denied because they said it was a duplicate claim, even though the order numbers were different. To appeal it we need to send a letter by mail. I previously had Wex and their app let us leave a comment on the claim and appeal through the app.
It doesn't seem to recognize any photo of receipt was uploaded although it says it was and says wait 3-5 days but it never is accepted or rejected as if it never happened
I find the process frustrating as there are no clear instructions on how to file claims using "Pay Me Back" or "Pay My Provider". The EZ Receipts app doesnt allow pictures/screen shots of receipt images more than 6 months old. I was unaware my FSA cut July 2021, although I continued to pay IN to it through December 2021. It took 45 minutes to figure out how to submit an old claim. I would have rated better if I had recieved prior communication explaining what I had to do AND by when it was due
It takes me less than 10 minutes to put in my information and submit a claim. It would have taken less than 5 minutes but I have to go through security measures for my on safety.
Thank you for having this app! It makes things a million times easier to submit claims. No wasting paper, submittal is easier, and processing is faster.
The app seems to always be down due to server issues. I once contacted the rep she advised to keep trying again and I think that's very frustrating. The developers need to do something 🙄 Why do we need 2 seperate apps for health equity any ways? One for filing claims only and the other for all other business. I am surprised why this EZ receipts app which has only 1 function...[claims] works so poorly compared to the main Health Equity app.
the app is very user friendly.. they constantly making my resubmit multiple receipts is not making the service of flex spending worth it
Easy to use and quick, though there have been instances where I am not given the full reimbursement for otc eligible goods
Works well and pretty straightforward to use. Reimbursement comes very quickly.
It's Wageworks so look for that name but can't find it quickly as the app name starts with EZ, not easy. A DOWN arrow at the beginning is really saying to scroll UP, that makes no sense. I tried storing a receipt photo, that didn't go well, but had never tried that before. The process for payment seems to work well, once entered. I like that it remembers my usual list of payees. An issue some time back was to use an option (per phone call to rep) that was not visible on my screen. Maybe resolved?
exaggerated "security" makes it never able to remember the device "for my protection", so every single login requires 2 factor authentication, which adds to the already bureaucratic process and makes it almost as annoying as the website
Pretty easy to use but sometimes there are upload errors for receipts with no explanation and no clue on how to get help. A bit frustrating.
User friendly. Easy to use. Submit receipts in less than 1 minute!
I wish all health pay apps were this easy to use. I can't think of a time that I have had an issue, outside of user error, with thhis app. It's so important to have peace of mind about healthcare bill payment. EZ Receipts makes it a "no burden" situation.
I really can't complain about this app. It changed my whole concept of using an FSA. A few years back, when they started requiring copies of every receipt, it got so annoying for a year or two I almost stopped opting into our FSA out of sheer annoyance. But the app made it convenient again. I gotta say, great job with this little guy.
takes a little getting used to but once you learn it becomes very easy to submit claims
I just love it! Just click of a photo receipt and send.
This app has to be the most ridiculous when it comes to taking care of your spending accounts. Unnecessarily hard to navigate and your password expires and it forgets your device every time. I set up my fingerprint so I wouldn't need to change my password and still couldn't log in. I have other apps to manage my flexible spending accounts that are 100% easier to navigate and access. Who knew your thumbprint expired? Do better please.
