I had a few issues first setting it up, but after it was set up I have had no issues and it works great.

I have a hard time getting this app to work. Not for the faint at heart!

I have a lot of trouble trying to connect my camera using this terrible app. Sometimes it connects then it disconnects leaving me unable to connect again.

I hate when the camera gets disconnected from the wifi, because the app says to connect it to the wifi, but it closes instead of allowing you to connect again. The only way to get the wifi setup again is to take the camera down to hold the reset button and put in passwords again. If you have a security camera in an office, it gets others suspicious when you are having to take it down all the time.

Extremely dissaponited. I have galaxy s6 edge. I have installed this app twice thinking it wasnt working the first time but even on the second time after scanning the barcode on the device, all it showed was "connecting to the camera". It dis nothing at all except for showing a black screen. Super mad.

Ripoff. Can't connect to wifi because this app is a POS. Don't bother buying anything that requires you to use this app.

Does not work with my Motorola Droid turbo 2, ver 6.0. 24.14.16. Works fine with iPhone and other Droid.

The Camera keeps saying offline??

Does not work. Initial setup the camera came online. Would not allow Internet access. Went to home network then tried to connect again but unsuccessful for a week now. Camera offline or data is incorrect are the messages I always receive. App worked for about 20 minutes total and I have had the clock / camera for over a week. Total waste.

The app requires a password to the router. It won't let me use hotel network or xfinity network. Any solutions???

Crashed my android.

Most of the time the only on screen buttons that work on my ph are the zoom buttons. So frustrating to spend all this money on a camera and the this app doesn't work right.

The app was previously working fine for me for several years on multiple Android devices. The last update or previous, 2.16 broke it. No longer can connect. Also tried access via desktop using camera ez-see URL in browser, no luck. Camera works fine with asp4.exe desktop view app. Update - desktop wants to install iPcamview to access ez-see camera URL, so I did install, but then hangs. Google search shows iPCamview needs Windows 8 or higher, but I have Windows 7. So..no more ez-see desktop view.

The new version of this app will not find my router then after it fails the local video on the EZ WiFi does not work unless you remove the camera and then scan the QR code again. Why won't this work?

This is really a bad product. It worked before, but it now suddenly doesn't work anymore without reason. Even it can not connect the internet, no signal at all.

New interface is so impressive!!

I cant setup the camera to the network for my mother to help her watch my step-dad while she's not able to be with him, because of your guys piece of crap app that keeps continuously crashing on her Samsung Galaxy S4, and My Samsung Galaxy S6 as well as her I pad mini!! you guys need to fix this immediately! she paid 400$ for her device to have it not work because of your crappie developers?!?!?!??? GET IT TOGEATHER!!!

I keep getting authentication failed when I try to connect to a 400 security camera.it only worked one time.can any one help

It is constantly crashing!

Always crashes. Can't see more then a few minutes of video before it freezes and shuts down. Then takes a long time to reboot

It won't pick up router even after resetting camera, app, reinstalling and putting it right next to router.

Does Not work! Don't waste your time with this app. Just look at all the 1 stars. I would give it a negative 5 stars if I could for all the money and time I wasted. Does not connect to router at all. It's a piece of Crap.
