Unable to accept job assignments, chat option is limited to existing chat history only. Unable to use photo option in areas without good connection signals. 👎👎👎 spoke to IT Tech staff on numerous occasions and problems still exist.
The app has been crashing while out serving with my new S21 Samsung and wasting a ton of my time. Please get this figured out.
Update wanted to happen while out serving. This would have been my 2nd update at that. I wasted at least 30 mins of my time trying to download this update. App would not let me move on without update. Sucks horribly!!!!!
App developer was awesome. Jovanni responded immediately when the new update no longer supported tablets. Jovanni responded with an email and fixed the problem. Now, the app works perfectly with my tablet.
Works pretty good. It has quit saving pic which would be okay except if something happens and you have start over your pic is gone.
I have never had a problem using this app. It is always right on!
Worst app for this type of work of have ever had to deal with.

The latest release crashes often and I have to input info again when it happens.
Since the two most recent updates, it takes about three seconds to actually take the picture after pressing the button. This is very frustrating as some people get upset if they see you taking a picture of their property.
