Your EZ TAG works on all toll roads throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas.
The EZ TAG app allows you to manage all aspects of your EZ TAG Account, including:

I'm visiting Austin and getting a rental car. This app allows me to add a rental car's license plate to this account so that I can bypass the extra charges from the rental agency for toll roads (rental agencies charge a daily charge plus actual use charges). GREAT for renters!! The fingerprint log in on my Android phone works perfectly! Very convenient.
Every since I downloaded the app to try and manage my credit cards and make payments. I have not had any luck I get an error message in the app that says "we are currently offline try back later." I try back later it's the same it's been offline since I downloaded it. I went to their website on my phone and laptop error message " your page has expired try again later." I call they tell me to go in to one of their locations it's my phone. No it's not. Not convenient at all.
The app AND the website never work. It is a pain in the butt every time I have to pay because if I'm not locked out for nonpayment, then I can't log in or reset my password. This is unfortunately right on par with how Harris County and the state seems to be handling a lot of things.
Soo bad it logs me out and says my account is locked for multiple times when I type in the correct password and username once same thing goes to their website they both need to get their stuff together that whenever that happens I got to call their office phone the 281
Almost as if the app is glitches on purpose so that you cant add that lil $5 till you get paid or whatever. As if it glitches till you have to pay $20. We all agree after that $20 forced payment the app some how is flawless and logs you in always no problem.
This app is no good AT ALL! Everytime I try to login to pay or view my account, it say my session is expired or to many login attempts. Please fix it.
THIS APP SUUUCKKKK! IT DOESN'T WORK PROPERLY! I'M CANADIAN AND I WORK IN TEXAS, BUT ALL MY INFORMATION IS IN CANADIAN WAY, SO MY DRIVER LICENSE, LICENSE PLATE AND MY ADDRESS AND MY BANK ACCOUNT. WHEN I TRY TO INSERT THEM TO OPEN THE ACCOUNT IT DOESN'T ALLOW ME TO DO SO, BECAUSE THE "GENIUS" THAT CREATE IT DOESN'T KNOW THAT EXISTS OTHER PLACES ON EARTH THAT ISN'T USA! SO THE APP IT SAYS TO ME THAT THE ZIP CODE, THE DRIVER LICENSE AND THE ADDRESS IS INCORRECT EVEN IF IT ISN'T. Please correct
It keeps logging. E out and then locking me out because of multiple attempts. The website and the app are worst since the update
Always experiencing log in issues with the app way too buggy. I have called and reported the issues multiple times but nothing has been done
I try not to use if possible. When I first tried signing up for EZ TAG use per their instructions, it was a Frustrating Mess.
The app sucks, always telling me my session ended ! Crashes constantly ! Please fix bugs ASAP !

Terrible glitchy experience. It logs me out and says my account is suspended for multiple times trying to log in when I only did it once.
So I don't know why I have problems when the app says there's to much attents to login but I only have one account and I'm the only one who came enter in the app and later block my access for an hour
Doesn't link with my existing account. When I try to sign in with my existing credentials it doesn't recognize them. Wants me to set up another account and have to put funds on when i already have funds on my current account.
Is a nice way to make the payment and check the price of each tollway u passed by, I just would like to know if there is a way to receive notifications each time you pass trough a tollway?
I opened an account the beginning of April and still haven't received my stickers for my vehicles they we're supposed to be mailed out 5-10 days but haven't received them yet.
I'm adding a rental plate and won't accept the car plate

What's going on with the app it's not letting me login and when I do login it's not working and it's asking me to call customer service and logs me out and suspend my account for an hour...

Easy and convenient way to pay toll fee and fund the account. Very satisfied.
15k illegals enter texas each day and drive these tolls without consequences. However if your a citizen, you'll pay close to 4.00 per gallon of gas and get your blood sucked by these vermin.
I am having trouble installing the Hctra ez tag app on my Motorola Cellphone. It just keeps saying "pending".
I travel a lot and it was easier to use eztag for a lot of places rather than waiting in line to pay each time passing. I have had no issues using this app or the website. So many times I have rushed to add money right before passing with no issues. Plus about it for me is it is good for Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas. Easy to add and remove vehicles as well.
