Very unstable app, it crashes frequently. Or it will say unexpected error occurred, restart app. I haven't been able to use the app for days.

Since the last update I can't access the app. It keeps asking for an app code and won't let me get past that screen.
please fix!!! crashing, i would of given it 5 stars until this week. app keeps crashing, will not open. work told me to uninstall and reinstall. UPDATE: clear the cache and history. Now it seems to be working. I haven't used it yet. I will update again after i use it a few times
Very easy to use
Gui, filters are not good enough.. It feels like winning a war if you were able to put a filter on the category you wanted to shop.. Same is the case with web version as well
the app is not able to search for names that contain spaces. i wanted to recognize my friend with last name "van den bossche" ... no way to get his name to show up :-(
I was locked out of my account and it says "use contact us option" except there is no "contact us option" anywhere on their app. Please help!
When I click on shop, I keep receiving this message. { "messages":[ { "type":"serverCommand", "command":"redirect", "url":"/usgrecognition/notAuthTimeoutRedirect.do" } ] }. Will not let me shop!
Literally can't even get the app to open - just keep getting a red "Refresh" button.

Poor experience After entering credentials, it shows loading screen and throws back to login screen.
Attempted to use this app to access my company rewards program and all I get is a message "Connection Lost. Please Try Again"
Currently only a "Refresh" button that does not refresh, so can not use the app at all

Keeps saying connection lost
Used to make life so much easier to quickly recognize people on the team, now only throws "connection lost, try again" when submitting. Please fix
It's great when it works. I've been trying to use the app for the last few days and everytime I try to submit it says "lost connection". I tried logging out and even reinstalling but nothing works.

With the last 2 updates. I am no longer able to login. I have a Samsung Galaxy S20. It loads a white screen then a message appears to restart the app. It is an endless cycle of that
