Overall it seems like a good free app but I wish it would Automatically read and enter info from photos and emails of receipts for expenses and payments. Quickbooks I believe does it but with being small business owner I really can't afford their fees plus the most recent ratings for them that I saw read it had some glitches or maybe it was the person's internet connection.
Great app! I love it! Simple to use, lots of great features! After a full year, loving it every day, no clue what happened, but got kicked out. Was so scared I'd lost everything since my whole year's books & receipts were on it. Tech support was AMAZING!!! VERY FAST!! Helped me get restored and breathing normally again! Absolutely recommend this app as the best I've ever had!! THANK YOU AGAIN!!
Like most apps, you learn to adapt to their set up. It is serving my needs. The process of opening up to get into it is a little slow & clunky but I've grown to like it. It is so good to have a compressed pic of all my transactions that doesn't fade. Thank-you 😃
So far I've been very impressed with this app. I keep waiting for it to mis-perform but that hasn't happened yet. I find it easy to use and it is instrumental in helping me control my finances. I have one wish and that it doesn't generate a profit and loss report. No trial balance or balance sheet. But compared with other apps like it!!!!. There's no comparison. I'm still waiting to see if anything will go wrong though.
Might be a decent app. I'll never know. The app requires registration and has web access version, which means my business information, including my client lists, income, etc., are accessible by the devs, however there is NO READILY ACCESSIBLE PRIVACY NOTICE INDICATING WHAT THEY DO WITH MY BUSINESS DATA. That is unacceptable.
software good except only being able to invoice twice a month on free but the app is absolute tosh. used to be able to do stuff but now can't even invoice on the go. emailed support and got no reply so having to use the pc only.more stars if the app worked!!
I like this app so far, good base of data to use for day to day small business. Would like to see the ability to sort invoices, or filter paid invoices. Maybe color coding for past due
I have been using this since 2017. I had all my data for my business. Now after I tried to back all the data up says I don't have a account and all my data is gone. Now I can't log in or nothing. So all my data was lost from the last 4 years and no back up. I have emailed there support and haven't heard anything. DON'T GET THIS APP.
Very easy to use as I have a simple business. A few things could be a bit smoother but overall like the app so far.

Hi, can you help please? UK emails are .co.uk as a standard, I can't even sign up because I get a message saying there can't be more than one . after the @ symbol.
All of sudden it stopped working. All of my invoices are gone. I liked it so much but it just stopped working and now my information and invoices are gone. I don't know what to do
Started using for my business costs, left it for a month before returning to input receipts only for the app to deny I have signed up so all of my previous input has gone forever.
I downloaded it. I signed up. It said it would email me a verification code, which it did, but then there was no plave to put it.
Add budgeting and the ability to receive payments and it'll be really great.
what have you done? My 2 years of invoices are loss after the update my synch email doesnt work anymore, after I signup again using the same email all my data are loss
I love this app. :)Hope you could also make a monthly reports to. Where every month the invoices resets :)
Has been a lifeline for my business. I personally think it's better than quick books. As the owner of the All American Candle Company I will definitely highly recommend this app.
Simple way to have an income and expenses overview. In the moment having problem with category expenses is not working .
Was an Excellent mobile accounting app but on 1/18/22 the app quit working on Android.
Was good, now can't sign in. Says email does not exist. Now I lost everything!!!!

Having to delete because I can't find how to make it work in British pounds and not American dollars..
It's a nice book keeping and accounting app but after using it for a few weeks it fails to connect to the internet even when the internet is on and connected and when all other apps can use it. The problem seems intermittent now. I am not using this app for a business but just to log on going expenses otherwise I would find another one. It must be used connected to the internet so if the authors server is not available then the app is unuseable. It means using it on their schedule not yours.
