I don't know why the app cannot display information fully on my Redmi note 11 pro 5G. It is difficult for me to use the app since I can't view some of the things in the app However, the app is working fine on my other oppo phone.
Took way too long for delivery. N item was shown picked up from seller them was not. Keep receiving email that item was not collected. Leaving me to wonder if I'll ever get my order.
The app keeps stopping each time i try to launch it. What happened? It was ok before 22/3... Something went wrong?
After the update, the app is totally unusable. It keep hanging at the start of the app. When I did a data reset, the app works again and after login, it keep hitting hanging issue again. Very disappointed.
When app closes, it relaunch itself when you open another app. Irritating and not cool. Edit: Should've been patched. Don't see it happening now.
A scam company. I signed up for prime, but soon they made it difficult to use the service . (Rejecting wishlist items, cancelling my order without asking etc) . At first, I had also told many friends about the prime benefits and encouraged them to join. Then they started removing all the prime benefits . Wasted my time.
Extremely disappointed not just with the apps, it is not only very slow, there is a lots of bugs! The range of products is extremely limited, prices of a lots of products are higher than you buy from supermarket, customer service is extremely bad, communication is also extremely bad, logistics is even worse in delivery too and finally, DO NOT TRUST THOSE 5 STARS PRODUCT REVIEWS BECAUSE THOSE EXTREMELY BAD PRODUCT REVIEWS ARE BEING REMOVED TO GIVE GOOD IMPRESSION TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS and a lot excuses given to covered their mistakes!
Good for local buys and very competitive rates for forwarding your oversea purchases. But if you're purchasing large heavy or fragile items, there is a risk of damage. It might have already been damaged on arrival at ezbuy's warehouse, or the seller may have shipped a dud and there is no recourse. So either get the seller to pack properly eg. Crate the carton or buy those items elsewhere.
Worst e-commerce with the poorest customer service and product. Doesnt allow refund of prime membership even when nothing can be shipped with prime. Never buying anything from them ever again. Good riddance.
Always have connections problem. Need to uninstall few times to use. Delivery status is not according to specified date and no notification sent to customers when Delivery delayed. Very unsecure purchasing from this app, Always worrying if good can be received.
Ezbuy really lousy. Orders took very very long time to arrive. Almost 2 mths. Which is ridiculous. Shopee, Q0010 didnt take sucha long time. Really DONT recommend Ezbuy AT ALL. U can find everything in shopee as well, so there is no need to wait for sucha long time. Pricing wise not much difference . After adding shipping fee, zbuy makes no different on the cheaper price they selling cos of the expensive shipment. So no point really. Gonna uninstalled it once i receive my items. Waste of space
Customer service could be a little faster, long and expensive shipping, items are cheap, but after adding in shipping, the items are no longer cheap. Also the quality of products is very hit or miss. Some of the cutting and material of the clothing is totally off. Just stick to shopee
Only thing that's annoying is the fact it keeps jumping to the top of my favourite list whenever click to better view a product. And it's a problem when users have a long list of products saved. That being said, I appreciate the implementation of creating categories to separate our favourites listing. Hopefully in the next update, the above-mentioned problem is fixed.
Good buy cheaper than Supermarket. Will keep a look out for for good offer.
Cannot login using Facebook account for the past few days!!!!
Very troublesome to cancel order, bought an item and wanted to cancel minutes later but there was no option to do so as the item was already processing. Emailed and opened a ticket but by the time I got a reply, it was too late as they have shipped out the order. App is not user friendly.
I do order laptop stand with tray , seller send me only tray, I send email to esybuy help service, Bcoz seller give me only tray didn't send stand, they replied me, ☆☆ We checked that the parcel is still on the way,the ETA is 08/12,hope you can get it soon.Please feel free to contact us if any further problem,thank you.☆☆
Ezbuy is an Anti-Buyer shopping app. Change of orders can only be submitted via CSO to Seller and they can ignore your request and proceed to dispatch your wrong purchase. Once reach warehouse, you can then return to seller and pay admin fees. Their CSOs leave the chat halfway and you have repeat yourself each time you talk to someone new. This is the kind of irritating experience and customer service you will get from Ezbuy.
Had some hiccups when I first started using it as products get delayed or disappeared during mailings. Thankfully refund was a smooth transaction. Having prime is worth it if customer constantly uses their service. The collection points are quite accessible but may provide cheaper delivery services. Delivery men are quite friendly and prompt. Always a pleasant collection.
Good apps. Good platform to buy. But not so many variations of the desired items. Hopefully they will expand the products range and variations in future And ,for some unknown reasons, I cannot upload image / any files from my saved folder/ gallery during LIVE CHAT with ezbuy staffs. I only can insert CAMERA image (which is only need to be taken during chat process), and not for ready files inside my phone. I hope you guys can improve the Live chat systems.
Delivery is always delayed. Some products may not be delivered, product is refunded but shipping cost is not. Not recommended.
Hi can u please check lately whenever open your app its always error connections. Can only open smoothly during early morning or late night. So frustrating.
App is slow, always has loading errors, server is always down. Other shopping apps (Lazada, Shopee etc.) seem to be able to run concurrently with no connection issues. Even though products are cheap, shipping is extremely expensive, making the products more expensive than on other platforms - seems like a dishonest marketing strategy.
Everytime I open the app, i the msg of connection error keep popping up connection error no matter how many times I tried.
Easy to use, but the app seems to have connection issues. Everytime I try to paste a link, it takes very long to load, and I often find myself having to reload the page several times. It has gotten to a point where I'm spending almost 10mins trying to load a single link. It is not an issue on my side as all other apps are working fine.
Very bad experience with ezbuy for Christmas shopping. I've ordered some items in on Nov 11 and scheduled for delivery before Xmas eve. When I was at the collection point, the delivery staff said the item was missing. Waited for 30 mins with no news. No attempt on their ends to correct the mistake and I had so much trouble rescheduling. As a result I had no present to bring for the Xmas party I was attending. Very disappointing.
21/05/2022 Bad App - The product review input is like one way ticket. CANNOT edit or reattach photo once you accidentally submit. My finger accidentally touch ' Submit' without completing my text and attach photo. Ended submitted incomplete Product Review. Left me frustrated and regret without able to attach and good use of those photos. Useless / Unhelpful Customer Service - Also your app Customer Service only tell me ''Sorry Customer, Cannot leh - full stop'' after put me waited awhile.
