Worst e-hailing ever. You have to wait for hours for someone accept your request. The drivers do not follow the instructions of Google maps or whatever map they use, which means you will never get to where you want on time. I've used this app during my trip to Malaysia because I couldn't use Grab as my phone has an Issue.
Was looking for alternatives to grab whilst in JB. Unfortunately activation code would not send to a Singapore mobile. Strange considering a drop down menu is available to select different countries. Also in trying to select your DOB you have to continuously scroll till you reach you reach the month and year.
I urge everyone to compare fares with other apps like grab, mycar, mula...ets before they book. The fare on this app is always much higher and sometimes double than Grab or Mycar and it's consistent over any time even after use their vouchers. That's why I guess for the last one year I rarely book any car with this app!
I can't sign up to this app on whatever way I try, either by Facebook, email or number. The code just won't be sent to my number. It is not about my coverage as I can use other apps and things so well and no buffering at all but it seems like this app doesn't want to send the code. Please fix ASAP. I really wish to use this app.
Been using ezcab occasionally. But out of sudden, my profile is log out. Not able to retrieve back usual login. User alternative fb login. Profile all new and the credit card need to link back and was ask to charge linking fees. Still hesitated if i wanted continued using this app.
Never use this app. Had to use it cause grab wasn't available. My wife left her wallet in the car in a rush to the airport. Called them to get the wallet back, and the driver asked to pay money for the wallet???? He tried ripping me off first asking me to pay extra. I called customer services and even they asked me to pay. Driver said to pay otherwise I won't get it back so eventually I had to. I have left items many times in Grab cars but they never asked for money. Worst service ever.
Drivers accept booking, then cancel without reason. Support exists only on busy phone line, so no support actually. Cannot change my destination with the needle on the map as is possible on Grab.
I think it more easier than grab and save my time from waiting too long loading and buffering. Price is affordable and cheaper, while, fast app. For now. We ll see how it can long last ..
Really a lousy apps, first time when i get my driver to airport, he ask me to cancel the booking coz he say he didn't have boost wallet, then i try booking again but cannot, i thought no driver nearby and when i check again it got driver nearby (around 11-14mins) but nobody want to accept my booking, it happen few time and i even try for almost half and hour, really angry and disappointed with it service
Drivers Availability: Everytime i book the driver always seems busy. i need to keep trying at least for 15 minutes before a driver accept my request. E-wallet payment: i love to pay using boost or tng because both these apps give vouchers to their user. however, during my last ride i happened to know that the driver prefer cash so thats y they are reluctant to take customer who pay using ewallet. and i ended up pay using cash RM6 rather than by boost RM2
Please do upgrade your timing system.... Its showing 4 minute after booking.. But have to wait until 20 minute. Then only driver update 15 minute more. If we have that much time. We probably use normal transportation to reach our destination.. Its really irritating.
The screen freezes on searching for drivers. I tried closing & reopened, the bookings were "cancelled". Would be better if we are being informed in details. Thanks
alwyas the most expensive of all available ride apps. consistently bad drivers and to top it off the app randomly crashes every few times you use it.
Since 25 mins I'm trying to select the destinal but it's not happening.. I have strong network coverage and strong WiFi connection..
Total disappointment. Been trying for 2 days at different timing...but cannot get any car at all. Keep showing no driver available. Definitely not up to standard. Grab or uber is still better.
Totally a waste of time downloading this app. The fees is much more expensive than Grab and no driver at all. Stop giving auto-reply and please fix this problem if not better close down the business.
Overall fares are lower. More drivers around. Just curious I was a first-time user but my rating starts at 3 stars 🤔 😎 Hi customer service I've sent you an email please revert as soon as possible I think as 5 stars passenger will be more convenient for me to get bookings fast 😊 thanks!!
The driver can simply cancel order after I waiting for 30mins for the driver to arrive at my place.
Very bad. I made my advance booking 3 days before the actual date n time. One day before call to center to confirm. Operator said will send me message within 24 hour. Till 30 minutes before my booking time, no sms. Call again in the early morning 4am. She said tak ada teksi. Then faster remove my booking. This is ridiculous. What if i miss my flight. If u tell me earlier then i can find alternative. Wont use anymore. Cannot trust.
waste of time signing up giving it a chance despite so many negative comments and the partially copied and paste response saying it tries to improve its service day by day. one word… USELESS, two words… SO UNRELIABLE… , three words… WASTE OF TIME!!!
Poorly design app in this age and time. - Each time it updates, user information are lost. - Status can't update in realtime if use simultaneously when other apps are in use
Very bad customer service. Ride was 9rm after promo code, driver charged my tngo 14rm. I called to complain and staff kept saying that i didnt enter promo code but the app and e-receipt all mentioned my ride was 9rm. Was requested to send the evidence, i sent all to the number provided but no one answered or solved my problem.
Would not recommend this app, I am an experienced app reviewer and after testing this app for half a year, I have concluded that the prices of this app are more often than not more expensive than other counterparts of the ehailing app industry, just like the other reviews for this app, many have stated that when compared to even the monopoly app Grab, prices are still outrageous and this app has never helped me in giving better choices other than the frustration and time wasted to try the app.
interface is very nice but no driver available?? first i tried ezcar and didn't get anyone so thought maybe try taxi.... still no one. cannot do the only thing a car hailing app is supposed to do. hope this gets resolved. (tried to go from kota damansara to usj 1)
1. The price is 3.6x higher than the other apps and this is from Sunway to Puchong Jaya. The charge is RM36. It is even more expensive than taking a cab. 2. the pin to address is not working in the destination
The system showed you the driver is 3 mins away from you, but i have waited for 20mins. I always don't have good experience with taxi drivers, it's still always right after so long i didn't take cab. Bye for now and forever.
