Scott, thanks for your great software but I think your humor is more valuable to me for some reason .

Love the app so far. However... I recently created a pickup with add pay as a condition. I received the trip but the trip came without the add pay. This may have been something I did but if you can educate me I would appreciate it so I do not make the same mistake twice.Thank you. Update: Thanks, like I said I'm pretty sure this old tech dinioraur is at fault.

Hi I am a new user. Everything I tapped on e.g. Calendar, etc will prompt your program to automatically sign me into ccs BUT with a wrong password which I did not input, And this is a looping attempt and causes me to be locked out after three consecutive tries. Please fix this because I have had to call United help desk to reset my password a few times due to being locked out.

When we were able to use this app it was great...however United ha@ other ideas and no longer allows 3rd party apps. I am not able to cancel my payments for this app that is no longer usable fir United F/As. The only wY I was able to discontinued its use was to not renew my credit card. So no I get weekly notices from Google telling me my credit card is not valid...please use a different card. Call it operator error or gray hair syndrome but I am on a merry-go-round with Google.

Great product Scott. Keep my money after you shut it down. Worth every penny.

So easy to Navigate and very user friendly. I wish the hotel info who we used to have on the paring could be updated once again on the pairing. Big applause to the developer Scott who is behind this and his support is awesome.

Takes too long to open pages. The app concept is good great even but getting to each page on Android is not working well.

Outstanding app! Very useful for navigating CCS & Skynet services. Extremely user friendly and Scott is quick to respond to any issues that happen to come up.

This app does what the normal CCS website does but I'm having to pay money for it. Then when needing help the app representative name Scott Gustafson acts like a jerk because I don't know how the app update works. I don't see a need to pay $10 a year for an app that does something that a free website does almost as easily. I won't be renewing.

OMG. I am just returning to work after almost a year off. With all the changes that have occurred since my leave, I was a bit nervous, to say the least. Thank God a GEM of a fellow FA informed me of this site. Though he helped walk me through the staffing guides & matrix of positioning, this site was so easy to manuver through, and help me get back into the stream of things! Thank you SO MUCH.

Great app, love it, I don't use regular ccs because this is lightyear ahead. I was wondering what is the future of this app now that United clearly stated that third party apps will be banned starting 2021? Is there any way to petition to have you on the united app building team to at least steer the ship in the right direction?

I do have an in app subscription but i changed my device from an apple iphone to an samsung android. How would i get my subscription connected to my new device. Over all its a great app 😎
