This has to be the worst app with the worst customer service ever. I installed the app on a new device and I can't activate my line. It says device not authorized and suggested I should call the customer service, there is no customer service on the app to begin with. Finally I googled and found their website and their customer service number isn't working. I even emailed and received no response from them. What a scam. Don't install or waste your money on this useless app.

This app was perfectly working till today. For unknown reason, I am not able to make a call since today. The app keeps popping up the following message: "Ezecall could not connect to the server." I tried to reach out to customer service on the phone but the number is not working. I even sent an email to customer service but no reply so far. How can I fix it please?

I had a horrible experience, I can't even add a fund it kept telling me to put a valid name and email which I am doing, and it disappears and I have to re do it all over again which I still didn't add fund.

Horable thw only thing they can do aoutomated aving is your bank account.it never works. Only the first time only. for every trial faill uou havetocall them and they give you a phone numbet #diffrnt tp try. Horable the second time i try 30 min still no connection i ask for a.rifeund he want to provid me a diffrent phone # i ask for refund and ibecouse i dont have that much time just to try calling back to them.... the refuns is promised to berefunded 5 -7 B day. No confirmation.Cantprovide🤑👙

Worst app ever ...it doesn't work ..iam trying to call my family there in africa but the call immediately disconnected when i dialled the destination number..i called the customer service they asked me to diall another access numbers but it doesn't work again..then i asked them to delete my account and refund my money back..they said they are not able to make any refunds ..DON'T use this app it's just wasting your money
