Update 5/7/21: loading issue seems to have been resolved! However, now the quick link to the only transit tickets I ever buy has stopped appearing on the home screen of the app. Why..? 😂 But hey, the app functions now, so four stars.
The app is brilliant for saving the hassle of obtaining and carrying cash for bus fare. I've yet to experience a problem with using it, other than a single issue after an update. The scrolling banner which displays the date barely moves. Whether the issue is that my phone has a small screen, I'm not sure. Yet it is not guaranteed that the bus drivers will accept what is otherwise a clearly valid pass without the scrolling being more obvious. It used to be more clear, but now barely moves.
The app does not tell you that when purchasing a ride with a transfer that you still need to ask the driver for a paper transfer. This seems redundant as the app is partly to do away with the need for paper. Also, the drivers do not all know to give you a paper transfer because you paid online. Lost money on this. I was told by customer service to let you know because they had no way of passing on the info. Another disappointment. Please add instructions to the app.
rip off! A costly annoyance. After purchasing two tickets via this app., We were left stranded far from home as the tickets are randomly 'activated' for exactly 30 minutes from when you buy them. I was trying to save instead of using costly Uber, but ended up losing my patience , nerve and $ dealing with EZFare as well as Parta. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEMD THIS APP.
Keeps crashing as soon as I open it, I couldn't get on the bus because the driver wont let me without my fare! I need to get to work, I payed for a months worth of passes that I can't access and now I have to figure out how I can scrape up more money till pay day to get to work. Don't use this app it's not worth it if something happens to your phone or the app crashes the driver will say "I don't have anything to do with it" just get the paper passes it's safer
Very helpful if you travel across Northeast Ohio and beyond. No carrying of quarters and dollar bills, easily access all participating transit agencies on one app.
I don't know if there was some sort of update, but as of 8/6/20, I can neither access my monthly pass nor buy a new one. After opening, the app only displays the name of the app and gives no options.
Easy to use but in the few days I've had it so far its not loaded the app twice before boarding. Would love to have no sudden issues and rate this maybe a 4 or 5.
I switched to a new phone and I received an email saying everything switched over but now my 31 day pass isn't activated and I have to explain to every driver when boarding!!! I need a # to call to help me fix this!
I love riding laketran but my first few experiences got confusing because the tickets dont have descriptions and i bought the wrong type of tickets. Though it is also my fault for not looking it up.
Super easy way to buy bus passes from a bunch of agencies, makes using transit in differant cities much easier.
Bought weekly bus pass on Sunday night. Shoes expiration date of following sat at midnight. Bus driver would not let me on the bus because the scrolling banner with dates doesn't show on ticket. Clicked on details button and showed her where it shows expiration date, card info from buying ticket, even showed her receipt in my email from buying ticket, she told me it didn't look right, pay bus fair or find a different ride. I had to call off work because I had no cash on me
Could be more user friendly but not hard overall. Love that I get my pass for 24 hours though. That's huge plus
Needs to work better when I'm offline. I don't always have internet access. I use this app with a cell phone.
I bought 2 all day tank/metro passes and i used one of them recently, and i was about to use my last one today but it dissapeared and the app is telling me to buy another one even though i never used the last one.
A great idea/app, can not wait to see this at its full potential. When will it be ready for SARTA/Akron Metro folks?
I cant buy a bus pass thats only for zone 2 on the app for Cincinnati metro, instead i have to get the one with the transfer that i dont need
The app will not open after a couple days of use and i paod for a 31 day pass very very very unreliable app

Ride Akron metro when u don't feel like driving please be respectful . And or. In joy the ride its $2.50c that's 2 dollars and 25 cents.
Would be good if you could use it for regular metro tickets instead of just nxt bus
I purchased my 7 Day Metro Bus Pass on Saturday January 30, and today is Monday February 1st. And my 7 day bus pass has disappeared altogether off this app. Please Help!

No feedback link, hence the review. Recent trips doesn't show anything until after you bought tickets. They also show up services you don't use even if you accidently clicked one and never buy tickets. Constant "To up soon" reminder for someone who never adds funds, only purchases with card. A lot of annoyances. One star because no feedback link.
