It's very bad app .bullshite .we cannot use 1 minutes also .b4 that automatically app will minimize and again if are open the app start from home page..just only we can see home ofe other than that nothing we can do .., i simply wasted on my money 🤑🤑 , very bad 😞😔 ,i never experienced like this ,...🤮
Very poor, not user specific app, not traceable easily of last viewed etc. Requests sent etc are not shown properly
This is my second paid membership didnt get matching profiles. My preference not working and what we are searching we dont get the needed profiles all other profiles are provided which are not in my preference.
Good when considering the availability of profiles. A suggestion would be to work on app experience which is buggy. Even in web version Kerala matrimony is good.
The application altogether works fine, but when it comes to searching profile, most filters provided works like a joke. For instance if you search with filter 'vegeterian' under eating habbits you get results with profiles having 'Not Specified' on top of list and if you are lucky you might find a vegetarian at the bottom of the list...which I found annoying since this app comes from an established institution with very high standard for service (at least in terms of cost for subscription🤭).
No matching profiles are found since 2 years, this is only money oriented app because from customer service ,they only contact us when the payment option expire or for renewing it. Moreover, I realized that the most of the profiles are married or engaged when we contact them. I think that just Iam doing the customer care service by enquiring that girls were married or not.
Be very careful while paying through the website, they store card details without our permission and renew the membership automatically if the card does not have a otp check. It's written very conveniently in the terms and conditions that they are going to auto-renew once we create an account but never even expose the option in account settings to turn it off. What's worse is that there is no transparency in what all has been stored.
Worst service ever, asked for refund after using for 24 days but no response from service team. Nest matrimonial has more efficient service with low rate than this app . Even tinder is much more good .
New version is very slow. Lots unnecessary animations leads to heavy load. Developers needs to avoid lots unnecessary of js transition. Old version is far better than new one. I have updated the rating from 2 star to 1 star. Buttons are not working..
Stop showing "by switching to prime...bla bla" message each time I open the app. There's a "got it" button. Please stop showing this annoying message once I press it. Also, When I tap a profile viewed Notification, it opens their profile, Then I tap on the photo, it opens the photos page, when I press back key from here, I expect to goto their profile page but it goes to app's homepage. It should go to profile page, isn't profile page in backstack?
Profiles are Not loading from top menus in Samsung Tablet. Seeing blank page! Issue started from recent update. Dear samsung users Please don't update . The customer supports are utter waste after payment of premium. I had complained and asking each day about the status. it had been a week over. Lost money due to this blocking bug. Issue with screenrecording is already sent as ticket.. No response till now #Ticket number CBS14169761
Stupid app. Search does not work properly. Complete rubbish in filtering. Cannot sort by recently active. 90% are inactive profiles. App is very sluggish. Match score takes forever to calculate, til then photo will not open. Opening a profile lands in a different profile. Show some commitment for the money you extort from people.
I am giving you two star because your app have lots of profile,but what if it can't be accessible, Lot's of bug's app get freezing and shutting down automatically while opening profile most of the times. The optimization is not so good. Even i am using 6gb ram mobile the app gets lagged and freezed down.
Verry bad. I have took their premium membership and its use for nothing. This app used to get closed automatically after sometimes when i opened it. After few seconds opening any profiles the screen becomes blank. Unable to use the app perfectly. I wish i can give 0 out of Five.
The Application is not user friendly, It takes more time to opening different users , also it will take more data to open different pages and main issue is app hanging and redirect to back page so can't look anything. Totally waste of time.
I had a very bad experience with there service.I was a paid memeber first. After that period they call me continously to renew the membership again.So I renewed again ,but sorry to say no use .Simply wasting money is all happening Once paid there will be no support.And matches they send are out of my search Category. Also most of the profiles are saying something in the profile and when we call them ,they demand something else.(usually unpaid members).Then why wasting our time. Thank you.
Uploading photo option has error.. If we choose add photo option, it will restarts the app

I think it's time wasting app. Whenever I updates my profile ( about us field ) it's doesn't change. Customer care support is very bad. They doesn't response. It's better you remove this app from play store. Don't waste others valuable time.
Good service and availability of better choice
Worst app of all....Instrests get automatically accepted and declined. There is no change for this even after changing email id and password.... Absolute waste of money ...
Eventhough we requested for matching profiles need be sent to us, they are putting all sorts of proposals, even from other casts. We have to see all proposals again and again. What I could suggest is the proposals not interested, there must be a option to delete. So that a lot of time can be saved.
Not a user friendly app. Remove un wanted animations(full bugs) and make it simple. Old version is far better than the current one
I am facing problem using your app. The profiles i have already contacted are showing again and again. If someone declines my request, again it is showing to me and unknowingly i am sending request again to them. Its very iritating to other people. 24 × 7 support only for name. Once payment is made no response from them. Also while making payment customercare operatives talk as if they are doing us a favour. Dear team kindly solve all issues. Please don't call regularly for Paid membership From the day one of signing in to this matrimonial app, The customer executive is calling daily to subscribe premium membership. These calls are really disturbing. I made it clear when I am planning to take one.Even recently I got a call form an employee in a harsh tone! Why the hell you people are insisting for a paid account. If you want to only promote paid membership then stop free memberships. STOP THIS PLEASE 🙏 IT'S REALLY DISTURBING
There has been decent improvement in terms of features, but two things are very poor: 1. Cannot access the contact details which I'd already viewed once, after subscription ends. This is a shame considering the amount of money paid for subscribing. 2. The tab for matches viewed by me is not available in a useful format as used in Bharat Matrimony. If the App crashes while viewing profiles, then there is no way I can find out the last user(s) I'd browsed.
