Very Bad Experience. There are many rental companies in UAE. Go directly with them. eZhire is charging too much from the normal market rates, standing as a mediator and very unprofessional communication. If we return the car early only a minimal amount will returned that too very late. On refund they will came up with a reduced refund amount again. On Order confirmation one invoice, after delivery higher invoice, too much rush and calls from different rental companies 1 hr before agreed delivery and final delivery got delayed.
Don't use this app for rent a car. Dont use your credit cards in this app. They will charge huge amount of money from your cards without informing you. They will be charging you may be after 3 or 4 months you never know. Its a worst experience for me. And the cars showing this are very expensive comparing to the local rent a car centers. Its true that there is no deposit amount for cars in this app but they will charge you huge amount from your credit cards without your knowledge after renting.
No point in having this app. It is extremely expensive and the monthly charges are extortionate, you could buy a car with the amount for monthly rental. Only a fool would use this app when there are other options available for better prices.
eZhire's rental process is seemless. No deposit needed, no hidden charges. The only additional fee they charge me is salik (toll fee). Their CS team is helpful. One learning from me is not to put too much petrol on the rented car as there will be no refund. Overall, the experience is good. Thanks eZhire!
Worst experience ever, I will never use eZhire again, first of all my vehicle got delayed by 3 hours, 2nd I didn't get the vehicle I wanted, 3rd the customer service guy doesn't know how to handle any situation and talk, 4th I told them I wanted to drop off in one location one day and next day when I called to confirm my drop off they started giving excuses saying they don't have a location there and initially the location I first selected was not available. Never use eZhire, waste of time
I have been renting a car for more than 6 months they keep charging from unsaved card without permission, i have informed them so many times but no one is listening, because of this bad behaviour and dark patterns you're using to charges money, i get the car back to you and look for a better platform.
I booked a car, paid in full, went to take delivery, only to be told that no car available at the moment, I can get one by tomorrow morning. I agreed. Later that evening got a call that it's not available in the morning but available only by afternoon. Next day got a call that it's not available at the said venue and I need to go to a father pickup location.
Excellent app and top notch service. At first, I was skeptic about this app as I couldn't find any helpful reviews but thought to give it a try. To my surprise, the driver and car were beyond my expectations.
Update: the refunded amount is not transferred in my wallet yet. Overall my experience was excellent. Booking was super easy, Car was new and clean, it came quickly and driver was very good. The only thing I didnt like was the extra Rs. 500/- they charge me for going to dreamworld coz they say its quiet far, which doesn't make any sense coz I was already paying for the fuel by myself, so that seemed a bit greedy approach. Other than that everything was smooth.
Worst app worst service worst experience They say they dont need deposit but they save your credit card and then they deduct any amount at any time and then say system error and use your money for days. This app deserved to be banned in uae their contact centers don't have any information.
Worst app, even if cars are shown available in app but in reality those are not available and there's no way to confirm it and they'll cancel your booking without any confirmation.
App is easy to use and service is fast. Best part is they do not request for Deposit. Great service with great customer representatives, especially Sikander, he meets the needs of customers and helps them with special requests.
The best car rental app you can find in Dubai. booked at 10:30pm and got the car delivered to me in less than 2hours. 24/7 service is true!!!
Never ever download this application they will continous charge your card its really annoying even you deleted the card info from the application they still keep on charging. Not good. If there is zero here I will rate them zero.😡
You guys are advertising as 1599 per month for sunny or similar sedan but the maximum allowed Kilometers per month is 4000 only!!?? And we need to pay extra if we exceed that 4000km?? Not a fair deal though... Extremely disappointed! Guys, please don't fall for this just because there is no security deposit
One of the worst service. Customer service phone is not clear and always disconnected. Delivery is late and disorganised.
Don't waste your time, unprofessional service provider...2 bad experiences in a row 1st: they left the car in our private parking for a complete month with collection 2nd: Delay in car delivery , after 1 hours of agreed delivery time they requested a stamp from traffic authority on my international licence to get the car after document's validation, booking confirmationand money deduction 😏 I missed an important appointment because of this unprofessional act followed by cancellation!
I did the booking, money was deducted, after 3 hrs waiting for confirmation, i called and they told me there are no cars available!!!!! Really, what a waste of time

DONT USE THIS CAR RENTAL COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! Worst car rent experience ever!!! They will charge your card with additional huge amounts without your knowledge!! I rented a car for two days and returned it in perfect condition, they took the normal charges which were expensive to start with, then they charged AED 578 to my card without any reasons and without my knowledge!!!

I HAVEN'TPICK UP THE CAR IM ALREADY PISSED OFF !!!😡THEY SENT ME TWICE WRONG DIRECTIONS THROUGH WHATSAPP , WHEN WE REACHED THERE THE CAR WAS NOT READY... THE WORSE THING IS IM WITH MY 2YEARS OLD SON TRAVELLED FROM DOWNTOWN JUST TO PICK UP THE CAR... I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THS APP !!!!!😡😡😡😡
Worst one. Booked a car 4 days in advance, they call up in the morning and say their will be 3-4 hours delay (so almost half a day would be wasted waiting for it. Then call their Customer care, they give me the reason that car has a mechanical fault Nd they will try to arrange a car (did not commit on timings). I see many Dubai service providers getting away with such unprofessional set up without any penalties.
very poor services. we have a refund last month ago and they said 7-10 working days. until now we didnt receive any refund from them and now they are saying wait for another 3-5 working days. dont rent in this company. . no need star for this app

Car hiring and delivery was really quick. It is a good service compared to other similar services as they do not charge any booking fees. I get different car than I booked and used for few days, cancelled booking as I didn't like it and it was very easy, Customer service and Drivers are also good and well mannered. 1 star less is only because of delay in collection as I had to wait for 4 hours rest everything was smooth. will definitely recomend and use again if refund is processed 😀
