Can you please allow a default setting for quality? Defaulting to medium or low and having to manually select high is annoying. Also allow one to customize the camera order and layout as well as default to show all initially. What's the point of the initial 3s timer when you open the app? Having to hit skip seems pointless.

Just installed UNV video doorbell and doorbell notifications aren't received while the phone screen is locked (hence useless). Same issue on Android 12 and Android 8.1 device. Notifications come as soon as screen is unlocked. Tried all possible settings. No problem with notifications on iPad Air tablet. Please fix.

Hi there! Switched from ezview to this app as ezview alerts were not working, but now streaming service is not working in both apps. Tried the customer service mail and it was rejected. Is there somewhere i could post issues with the app connecting to my devices? Ezcloud seems to work fine but mobile apps are failing. Thanks

Please fix the playback and motion viewing. People wants to use uniview but your apps is not working. Giving problems. Fix it.
