LETS BE HONEST...Most of the time it works as it should...Sometimes it doesnt. Things do go wrong which are attributed to the "interior" of the EZLogz system, but have nothing to do with "the driver" that is using the system. By & large, it does work. ***3 Stars. **UPDATE** 11/8/21 **UPDATE** IT IS GETTING BETTER!!! SOMEONE ON THE INSIDE IS WORKING OUT THE BUGS. I'VE BEEN PAYING ATTENTION FOR A FEW MONTHS AND IT HAS IMPROVED. THANK YOU EZLOGZ. ****4STARS
Finally got the ELD app that doesn’t glitch and is easy to put the data in. The interface is intuitively clear, consumes the battery reasonably too. Thnx
Super happy with their ELD! No glitches, works sustainably, the connection is good enough, the battery is getting consumed reasonably. Can recommend - worth it totally.
Switched to Ezlogz about 6 months ago, and found the app easy to use, reliable and useful for fleet management. The customer service team is flexible, friendly, and supportive 24/7. Keep up!
After an update from about 2 weeks ago (start of August), the app crashes constantly, the ELD device disconnects constantly, updates 2-3 times a week but the updates aren't doing anything to solve the connectivity problem. Customer service hard to reach and they'll tell you to delete and reinstall the app. This is most likely my last trip with ezlogz, I do not recommend.
Excellent temporary ELD. But at the time I got it, FMCSA would not accept 3rd party Apps for ELD. But it was very useful for training and practicing, before you go with their 2 major ELD platforms. This was the issue, January 2016! As far as present? You don't change ELD Apps, that you been using for over 6 yrs. Not A Good Idea. Been there, Done that. It is an excellent and easy to use App. I'm rating this from 6yrs ago, because I was asked to. No Ads. when I got it.
Overall the app is slowly improving. Been customer for 3 years hours and have to say that they're headed in the right direction. Pros: The driver's interface is nice and simple to use. Synchronization works well most of the time. No issues reaching tech support during business hours; After- hours a bit harder, but you can always count on Abdul to save the day. Cons: Spontaneous connection loss issues, team driver glitches, and annoying updates. Satefy Admin portal not user friendly.
The best ELD I used. Stable connection, no glitches, data is saved properly. I am using it for 5 weeks - totally worth the download.
Really love using Ezlogz. The connection is stable, and the navigation is decent. Easy to use as well. Happy so far.
I have this app open ALL THE TIME! I never feel lost. The team here is great too, support was very nice to me and took care of my issue FAST.

I installed this logbook app to convert my paper logbooks to electronic versions. This was the best product for my needs and works great.

Could use improvement like all the other ELD's. Twice the app showed less time while driving than what was available. Everytime you lose BT signal you typically have to resign into the app again. Or run 2 phones like I do. Also a "re-sign logs" notification shouldn't show up until the day is over and not while driving. That's when your required to sign that days logs.
Awesome electronic logbook, way better than the alternatives. You can tell this was made by a team that knows what we want.

POI is super useful, I have all my necessary notes and things in the logbook, so I know exactly what’s going on.
The absolute must-have app, which made my work easier. POIs are marked perfectly well, Logbook works great, and all the interface is intuitively understandable as well. Nice, and worth downloading. Really useful.

This is the best ELD App and we tried so many before deciding on this one. User Friendly, great staff, and so easy for drivers to use.
The other driver recommended Ezlogz, and I can recommend this app too now. Love the POIs, they are marked properly - all the info is handy, ELD seems to work really nice. I had some questions in the beginning, thanks to the support team, who made sure to explain all the features. I was surprised with it - definitely 5 stars.
After the update it keeps crashing constantly. I don't even have time to change my status before crashes again. Ridiculous...
