If there was a zero stars I would give it that. Everything is more complicated then it needs to be and everything needs to load all the time and doesn't. It also goes down random times of the day.

Use this app everyday either can't log on with some kind of error or won't remember me if you click this option it does not work!!, when we receive a job the status order seems to work then won't complete the job but give you an error to then go through the system and try again. Wouldn't recommend makes work twice as hard if you want to keep checking a job and it's signed you out every minute.

When install the application then it gives option to change the host and port to connect the maximo server. However its not giving the UI which show in the video and images. It looks like it gives a static browser which is rendering the maximo. I am not sure if the developer has made such thing for demo prospective and for professional stufs they might have the correct application as shown in the video and images.

App is clumsy at best, interface should be smooth for daily use. Constantly logins/logouts is frustrating. I have been using it more than a year, hasn't been a solution at all. Update: Zero help from any "integrator" . I'm guessing this software is sold to businesses and then manipulated to fit the needs of said company?

Update: Latest version fixed scrolling issues. Thank you! Good features overshadowed by terrible scrolling behaviour. Scrolling momentum causes screen to bounce. Almost unusable. please fix. Many workers are complaining. We are loosing adoption and benefits of this app.

This app is garbage. It often doesn't work or load, and have tried installing/reinstalling. It is sluggish and clunky.

The only people who enjoy ezmax are the people keeping tabs on their employees through the back end. This app is tedious and frustrating when you're out in the field and is in no way an improvement from our previous ticketing system.

we have to delete the app and reinstall it in order for us to be able to log back in. Sometimes it won't take our passwords

As if our working day isn't stressful enough, there has is another way of inflicting more misery into our working day Ezmaxmobile! This was created in the depths of Mordor to infect and spread misery across the land. Whoever created this needs to have a quiet word with themselves. To many glitches to list. If possible delete and save yourselves.

Good system but it goes out service to often and it delays the woking process

Developer would you be able to fix the scrolling in Android. It is very jumpy and allot of times it does not register movement at all. Otherwise I like the access.
