Not Authentic or Authorized by My State!!! Just got off the phone with EZdriveMA after receiving a letter about being unable to collect payments. When I've been adding funds all along via this app? This received the funds, but don't authorized it's use or have any affiliation! Really, WOW...
I now have a negative balance because your app does not want to take my payment. I have tried multiple different payments and none of them work now. I haven't had this issue before and now I have. Now I look delinquent to the state of Massachusetts. Please fix this!
Ridiculous that I have to pay a fee for adding money to my wallet. In addition to charging tolls, they want to charge transfer fees. why can't i add by routing and account number?
Such a disgrace in the name of app.. frustrating login time.. what app takes more than 2 min just to log you ? Google should just remove this frustration factory
This is another type of extortion. It's charging you to use your phone, data, and airtime.
Please update my balance with EZ pass within minutes especially if you are charging a fee to use a card.

Concerns about security. The application is suspicious. Its saving user credentials by default, its not clear what security requirements are being implemented. Collecting all credit card data including cvv and asking for the Zipcode. Concerns that this application does not comply with PCI-DSS. No disclosures or identifiers what method or company is used for credit proccessing. Bypassing android, play and google wallet payment methods charges .99 fee, in the app. Not an authentic EZPass app.
