It's a great user friendly app. Easy to add cars and a more secure way of paying too Way better than the official website, adds and deletes cars easily and instantly. Payments are instantly usable as well. After having the website freeze several times during a transaction this was a welcome surprise to find an app .
The app seems nice. But it shows one of my 2 vehicles completely wrong (license #, make, model, and year). I can change the make, model, and year, but not license info. Because it is 3rd party, not sure I should add cc info.
Probably the worst system I've ever used , app doesn't load you're not allowed to change the auto refill amount with contacting support for your own account? It jumps the refill amount without telling you or notifying you before doing it , no regard for the user.
It charges you $1.29 every time you add funds. It doesn't show on the description. It's slow and doesn't show you up to date balance etc.
Great App, would you consider adding a feature to send notifications of the toll and dollar amount each time you use your EZ Pass? Thanks.
it got "processing fee" if you use it to add funds, claiming it "helps them maintain the app". There is now an official EZpass NJ app, this one is no longer necessary.
Why have an app where you can't update your credit card info, to say the least. This is useless for so many important and quick transactions
Beware!!!!! It is not official app. Your personal information can be compromised. Ez pass by itself seems a big scam as they have no official app and they don't post toll rates on most of their toll booths.
This is your EZ pass and I love it it shows you the balance and you can go easy pass so you don't have to stop at the toll booth and pay for a just go through
Doesnt work half the time. Ezpass came out with an App. Ten times better than this one.
horrible and very slow, to recharge e.very fast but to show what we spend like this horrible bill of ours.
I like this app because you don't have to sit and wait on the phone for an hour or two customer service is being bombarded by phone calls you're better off downloading the app

Why pay a .99 processing fee when you can add funds online for free?!
wish it notified me when my balance was low, that's why down loaded it.
It has a log in but nowhere to set up your credentials

Better than the website. The website hasn't been updated since, ever, and this app after 5 minutes of use seems pretty well designed from a user perspective. I had an error the first time I tried to log in, but it worked on the second try. View what matters, easily - toll activity, vehicles, transponders, see balance, add funds.
