I am a real glutton for punishment, I downloaded this app inspite of all the bad reviews. My fault though, folk DO NOT waste your time with this app just use a computer. I was able to log in with the app but I cannot do anything else. I get an error for everything else I try to do. I logged in at home using my wifi so there's no data issues. Once I log in it just keep saying that it's retrieving my information but just doesn't load. I uninstalled and reinstalled and the same issue.
I have to one of the gullable fools that believes everything they see. I downloaded this app thinking it was a shortcut to the website. I entered all my information and added funds. I noticed there was a difference with my CC Balance vs what I see on my statement. The amount I added on this App does nkt show on my CC statement. I now have to dispute this with my CC company. Had I read the "ABOUT", I would have noticed they say, they are not affiliated with NY EZ Pass.
After signing it it says "a verification code has been sent to your device" Oh yeah has it now? Which device? My phone? The tag device? And how has that supposed verification been sent? Did not receive any text or email, nothing. Stuck. Useless, user unfriendly app. Was any user testing ever performed before release this piece of failware?
This app drops the ball big time. Its always searching for transactions. You can get any information on it. Your better off signing in on the web and viewing your account.
I love using this app. So far i have no problem with it. I always check to make sure my account is up to date and the ability to replenish whenever i want is always convenient to me me.
Terrible. App doesnt work, says error. only section that loads is the add money section - of course. I was hoping to get an app for my e-zpass so I don't have to continuously go on my desktop.
Doesn't work at all. Typed all my information correctly and says it can't verify it, or thinks it wrong. Just use the website instead on your phone or computer.

does not open well but it says there is a processing fee of .99 that is fine if app opens well i have a samsung 10 so it is not the cell phone that is not uptodate
Easy to use..and you get everything fast and easy as 123..talls history, balance and add more$ if you wish. Good app
App won't allow me to logon even all correct credentials typed in. I have no idea what's going on. tried many time.
My all dear frend:- First make ur essy pass acount user I'd and password in ur PC or Labtop then use the same user I'd nd password un this ezpass app. Then it will work 100%. Its very vry useful nd helpful app just try as I said..thnx
The app, is poor and, do not work property, hat a lot problems, not show when I used the tag,
Useless, in activity it just shows 'Plaza 1' or '1 -> 8A" ...the name of the toll road or bridge is missing!
So it looks like they fixed the cannot login error. Everyone's talking about. My complaint is the Transactions are two days ago. I need my current balance up to the minute. Is that too much to ask in this day and age?
Attempted several times to log in w no luck. Experiencing tech. difficulties....????wth
Descriptions of transactions are poor, e.g 8 -> 12, road and bridge names are not included.
Does not work. Throws an error on login for sit unavailable and its been the same thing for 2 week now.
Repeatedly showed error message "unable to verify data" despite all login information is correct.
App works great. Just wish it was a 25 cent fee instead of 99 cents.
It's been a whole week and still technically difficulties. Our GA peach pass app works with no problems ever. Guess the south knows how to do things the right way.
Cant log in. Maybe you should include a sign up menu then we may be able to login without problems.

I can log into the website from my desktop and laptop no problems. I try to log into the app assuming it is the same username and password. The app does not recognize my username and password as valid even though 2 minutes earlier I was able to log into the website from my computers at home!! What the hell man? I confirmed this process 3 times. This app has serious problems if people can't even log into it. For now this app is useless to me.
