- List Widget : Displays PDF file name, most recent read time and its page information.
- Bookshelf Widget (3X3) : Displays small cover images of most recently read PDF files on a bookshelf . Good for smaller screen.
- Bookshelf Widget (4X4) : Same as 3x3, but displays relatively bigger cover images of most recently read PDF files on a bookshelf . Good for bigger screen.
- Frame-Free Widget (4 x 3) : Displays only the images of most recently read PDF files.
* Bookshelf widget can be bogged down when used with an older device. In this case, please use the smaller widget (3x3).
+++ How to create a widget +++1) Long press on any open spot on one of your Home screen pages. This will bring up a list of options. 2) Select Widgets option3) Find your choice of widget you want to add to your Home screen from installed widgets.4) Drag the widget to the home screen.4) Adjust the widget settings if required. I really like the idea of this app however it is missing some functionality. I would like to see the ability to have a widget dedicated to a specific folder or group of folders. This will allow this to be more than a recently used library and make it more along the lines of a full library.
the widget works! 5 years later, no updates and it does not work any longer. My review of ezPDF Pro app hit the char limit way too soon, so here is another issue with Pro app: If you add text to pdf, and align all the text perfectly...when you flatten all the text moves slightly and ruins your work. There's no undo option, so your pdf is totally ruined. If you can't "undo", the flatten better work correctly...and it doesn't. I have to use another app if I need to flatten without bugs.
Doesn't recognize the pro version I got from the Amazon Appstore. Just takes me to Google Play to purchase the pro version from there.
When i access my pdf file via the widget, i will occasionally be stuck on it when i press the back button. Using the android home button seems to work better for exiting a pdf
Good but sometimes freezes with yellow background after reboot

Constantly crashing on setup or if it hasn't crashed says it can't find the relevant file.
After updating v1.0.0.3 my Note 10.1 2014 hangs until eventually this widget crashes. Reinstalled multiple times but result is the same. Uninstalling until fixed.
Used to be the best app around. Now keeps crashing for some reason.. Please fix
Update hasn't helped on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. This widget crashes constantly, even if I just use the app and don't even touch the widget!
They got it fixed with the new update! I live by this app. Hope one day they make it even more powerful. Would gladly pay. Thanks for the update UNIDOCS!
I just got updated version and it's working fine. It tooks less than a week since I report the error.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but every time I try to use this widget I get a forced closed message. I uninstalled it. Too bad, cuz the pro version reader is pretty nice. I see it says designed for phones. That is ridiculous since I imagine most documents I have I would only use my pad to view. I never use my phone for document viewing, except for the phones instruction manual.
This worked intermittently before the last update of ezPDF Reader, but now doesn't work at all. I would love to have this widget as it definitely saves time and is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Please fix this.
This should be part of the main program! Not separate and confusing! CANNOT UNINSTALL WITHOUT GOING BACK INTO THE PLAYSTORE. STUPID!!!!!!
